Ms Riddhima Gupta: A high headed, arrogant business woman. Riddhima is 'THE' girl of the office. The Managing Director and also the daughter of the chairman, Riddhima seems never to consider anyone else greater than her own self. But is that really so?

Only three people in the entire office know what Riddhima ctually is, and what she aspires to be. Though she projects herself to be quite rude, she's a total simpleton deep down, with a heart of the finest gold which can ever be found! But, circumstances don't allow her to be what she wants to be.

Mr Armaan Mallik: Has been transferred from the company's branch in India, over here, in Sydney. A very loyal, hard-working man, sincere and humble. But who says humble lads can't be naughty?

Mr Atul Joshi: Armaan's only friend who also had to shift to Sydney. Both work for the same company, and are such big pranksters… beware!

Ms Sapna: The only one who can tolerate Riddhima and who is Riddhima's 'TRUE' friend. A total cutie-pie, she's the kindest and most humble of them all.

Ms Keerti: She's the Senior Supervisor of the office, a post just below the Vice-Chairman's. She's cute, helpful, hearty, jovial and very fun-loving! A total idol of simplicity, she's just like a mother to Riddhima.

Mr Shashank Gupta: The greatest! He has solutions to every problem anybody has. Just like a father to Sapna, he's actually Riddhima's papa. Only he knows how much hardship Riddhima has to go through, to prove her own self in this world of hypocrisy and fakeness.

Dr Shubhankar: He's the family doctor of the Gupta family, and a very old friend of Shashank. If ever you're in a BIG confusion and want to get some advice, he'll always be there, saying… 'Main Hoon Na'.

Ms Anjali Malik: Very lovable and charming, Anjali is Armaan's younger sister, currently doing her MBBS from one of the most renowned institutions of Sydney. She is the master force behind Armaan's happiness, and can go to any extent to see her 'bhai' happy.

(okay guys... now i thought that if everyone is writing fanfics, why shud i be left behind.😆... no, actually, the thing was that i really LOVE writing, and because this was a new topic for me to write on, i decided to make a fanfic out of it. I hope i don't bore you with my stupid, abnormal creations, but if u do get bored, and don't want me to start writing my fic, please do tell it to me, so that i can immediately stop. Anjali-By-the-way, woh, Rhea called up, ussey maine kaha tha ki aap so rahe hain, Shalini too called, and I told her that you've gone out for a walk, I think, Malini called up too, and I told her that you're in the bathroom, and-…

Armaan-Anjali! Damn! How do you come to know each and everything about me?

Armaan was totally puzzled at his sister's 'Psychic' powers.

Anjali-Hehe…Bhai, I know you since 22 years now. Itna toh jaan hee gayi hoon aapke baare mein. What do you think, don't I know you?

Armaan-Okay, whatever! By-the-way, if you think you know me, I know you better! Anjali-Acha?

Armaan-Yup! Just wait for a sec.

Armaan went away from the drawing room to his room, and returned back after less than a minute.

Armaan-Haan, here.

He held his hand out and asked Anjie, as he lovingly called her, to open his fist and take what was meant for her.

Anjali-Yeh kya matlab hai? Bataao na kya hai!

She sat away, making a weird face, and giving an expression as if she'd never ever talk to Armaan again!

He held his hand out once again, and there he held a chit, on which was written,

"Days are too hot, nights too cold, and if I give you money instead of some gift, I would be considered too old. So here my li'l sister, here is 'YOUR' thing, go, go, go out where the sun shines, to check the basket of gold wings!"

And as soon as Anjali read this, she ran out, without even looking at Armaan, and there! Look what she saw…

Anjali-Oh… Shooooo shweet!

This was all she could say after holding that soft, furry thing in her own supple hands. Yes! You got it right, it was a very sweet, golden colored Spaniel.

Armaan-And what would my sis like to name it?

Armaan too came out in the garden.

Anjali-Ummm… Pearl.

Anjali-Awww…Thanks a lot! But Bhai, though I mostly forget to bring some gift for you on Rakhi, I made a resolution this year to definitely not forget it. So, what do you think it is?

And then she came out with what she knew Armaan would LOVE to have with him.

Armaan(quite sarcastically, actually, very sarcastically!)-Keys? What do you think am I going to do with an oxidized pair of keys? Oh! I got it. You mean I'd clean my ears with these keys, correct?

Anjie then turned Armaan around, and wow! Awesome! Their 'she' stood. Armaan's 'BABY'. A very gorgeous looking, 'fair and lovely', yellow colored bike, with black-colored stripes on it, labeled 'XKJ 940'.

Armaan-Wow! Anjie! Thanx yaar!

And Armaan instantly went over to where the bike was parked, and started admiring it, more than ever!

Armaan-But, tell me one thing Anjali, you've put all your earnings in this? This bike is very expensive, and I know that.

Anjali-Woh, no, I mean, yes, but-…

Armaan(a change of expression in his voice)-Till what date can your money be refunded?

Armaan was turning angry now.

Anjali-Bhai, have I ever gifted you anything so special as this before? Never! And I know you LOVE this buy, so why not take it? Aur waise bhi, main kaunsa roz-roz khareed kar deti hoon aapko yeh sab? I'm a very moody person, and you know that. When I really feel like doing something special, I do it, then I don't think. But otherwise toh, everything is just simple, the way both of us like usually, nothing overdone. So you see, chill, and take it, no formalities with your sis!

And then all of that sentimental hugging and stuff, but whatever you say, all-in-all, in one simple word, cute!
