Why Balikavadhu serial cant show something like that - means nimboli filling case against akheraj and company. and informing respective authorities about her child marriage with the help of Mangala.

Nimboli is quite capable of doing it. But is Mangala capable of being any help to Nimboli?
If Mangala is capable of seeking help from outside she would have done it years ago.

This Mangala got scared when Anandi told that she fights against child marriages and decided to conceal the truth about Nimboli's child marriage.

The lady doesn't have it in her to seek help from right sources. She'll just use all kinds of useless weapons like Devi ma act and now some blackmailing Akheraj

Mangala is causing more harm than the entire Akheraj family put together.
