She is. But I can't imagine anyone pouring their hearts out to her.
Except for the traveling schedule part, everything else about this points to Ranbir. He's the only one who's emotionally twisted enough to say something this, and be nonchalant about it his relationship.
Maybe StarGirl is right and this is a fake blind. Has there been fake blinds before? Not that all blinds are 100% accurate but they at least leave you enough credible bread crumbs to reach a conclusion.
