CHAPTER:5
The whole Mehra mansion was decorated like a new bride and it was crowed with many relatives and some fans of Abhi.Well if you are confused what is happening then its a party which was organized by daadi and other to celebrate the safe return of Abhi and pragya.Though at first Abhi didn't wanted any of these as he was not in a mood for celebration after yesterdays's events and seeing his broken princess who was still not talking to him.Abhi felt like killing himself for causing her this much pain again and wished he could change the time by reversing it.After she left their room last night she didn't return back untill its time for his dinner and medicines,even when she came with it she just sat on the couch silently busy with her mobile and once making sure he had all his food and medicines she left the room once again after changing his dressing only to return by midnight.Even then she slept on the couch refusing to share the bed with him.Abhi could have tolerated if she called him ny names or shouted at him or hitting him more like yestersday,but this silent treatement of her is literally killing like a slow poision.Just then he heard the wardrobe door open and he turned back from only to see his wife coming out of it in a blue with white saree drying her wet hair and walked towards the dressing table and took a seat infront of it to blow dry her hair.Once she blow dried and braided in a fish tail braid and stood up after applying some light make up to leave the room.But as she was about to cross the bed on which Abhi was sitting in his three piece suit,he immediately got up and held her wrist before she could leave the room.As soon as Abhi held her wrist Pragya pulled it back like his touch burned her and Abhi felt like punched in the guts seeing this.
''What do you want?''asked pragya in a voice which held no emotion and seeing her like this really started to scare Abhi.
''Pragya please stop behaving like this.If you want please hit me ,puch me ,call me by names and even kill me coz i deserve all this for hurting you.But please don't give me this silent treatment which i can never handle from you.I know what i did really hurted you a lot by lying to you about Tanu's parents.But at that time i didn't realise i am in love with you and how much you mean to me.If i know i love you this much and how unconditionally you are in love with me i would never done that.so please pragya just give me another chance''pleaded Abhi but pragya just gave him a blank look with no emotions.
''So to not to hurt a girl the great Abhishek Mehra must be in love with,if not he has the rights to play with her emotions and feelings?''asked pragya after few seconds of silence and Abhi didn't even know how to answer this.
''Pragya i didn't mean it like that...''said Abhi and Pragya gave him a stern look.
''Then how did you mean that Abhishekh.Just coz you didn't love me that time didn't give you any rights to play with my feelings and manipulate me like you did.That i day i was happy to help you,but i never thought i done something which a girl will never do.Giving permission happily to her own husband's marriage.I really thought you changed a lot in the past months,but guess what you the same Abhishekh Mehra who married a girl just to take revenge without even caring about her life or future and tortured her on daily basic.I am just tired of all this Abhishekh and for once i decided to take decision about my life without considering anyone else.I just want divorce once Bulbul and Purab wedding gets over and i want to be out of your life for good.I know my decision will hurt many people ,but this time i am going to just about myself and i don't give a damn if others tought i am selfish.Because for the first time in my life i understood one must one themself more than they love others and always think about themself before others and thanks a lot for teaching me this Abhishekh.So i will only wait till Bulbul and Purab's marriage and once it takes place i want divorce,if you really want to make up atleast a bit for whatever did to me,Make it up by giving me a divorce and i don't want anything else from you.''said pragya andleft the room without even waiting for his replay and Abhi sat on the bed with a defeated look closing his eyes as his felt his inside burn with pain and guilt as all the words left from his pragya's lips continued to echo in his mind.He felt like the lightness in his life leaving slowly seeing pragya more and more emotionless and indifferent by each passing second and he really started to fear thinking what he will do if is not able to earn her forgiveness within RaBul's wedding.Abhi know if he lost her this time he couldn't surive at all as she became the soul reason for his survival in the last couple of days.He just hoped he will make her understand and gain her forgiveness ASAP as he can't even think of a life without his pragya anymore.With this thought Abhi stood up from the bed and decided to go down and attend the party and plan everything once the party gets over.

Abhi was standing in a corner after meeting some of frineds looking pragya who was talking with the female guest with a smile which didn't reach her eyes.Its been more than 2 hours since the party started and Abhi didn't even feel like enjoying it seeing how the relation became between him and his wife back to square one like in the begining of their marrige.Once he entered the party Pragya spoke and behaved with him like nothing is wrong between them and it hurted Abhi more than anything to see the fake smiles and lovely looks she was giving him and it send a stabbing pain to his heart as he realised this is how she would have felt in the past when he behaved with her like this.Just then he felt a hand on his shoulder and Abhi turned to look at purab who was looking him with concern.
''Abhi are you alright?I was calling you for like 2 minutes''said purab and Abhi just gave a nod.
''I am fine purab.Just lost thinking about something''said Abhi and though purab was not convinced he decided not to dig about it now.
''Okay then.But whatever you are thinking can wait and now go and now tell me what happend between you and di ?''asked purab with a smile and Abhi smiled back a fake smile.
''What are you talking about purab?''asked Abhi and purab rolled his eyes.
''Abhi please don't act like you don't know what i am talking about.I know something happend between you and di in the jungle as i saw you changed behavior with her yesterday ''said purab and Abhi know he can escape from purab easily.Just then they heard daadi call him and Abhi let out a sigh and silently thanked daadi for helping to get away from his best freind.
''Come daadi''replayed Abhi and was about to go from there but purab held his hand and stopped.
''Daadi may saved you now Abhi,but once the party gets over i want to know what happend ''said purab and Abhi left the place without answering.

''Haan daadi''said Abhi forcing a smile once he reached daadi who was standing with RSD and Bulbul.
''Kya Haan Daadi Abhi.Why are standing there alone in your own party.Go and join pragya beta ''said daadi and Abhi immediately looked at pragya who was now talking with Akash and smiling to something he said.Seeing her smile which didn't even reach her eyes made Abhi's heart ache and he cursed himself for causing all this pain.
''I will go and join her daadi''said Abhi looking daadi with a smile.
''Jiju ek minute before you join her and i want you to sing a song espically for my di.After all you are a rockstar na''said Bulbul and RSD nodded her with a smile.
''Taak kaha Bulbul ne.Abhi now sing a super song for my grand daughter that she should fell again in love with you''said RSD.
''But daadi...''started Abhi tio protest as he didn't know how pragya will react if he decicate a song to her after evrything happened yesterday.If its another day Abhi would have sang a song for his beautiful wife without hesitation but today he really didn't want to take the risk as he didn't have any idea how she will react to it.
''No buts and ifs Abhi Bulbul is right.Now sing a super song for my bahu after all she is the one saved you and she deserve a song''said daadi and Abhi nodded taking a deep breath.
''Okay i will''said Abhi and decided to sing the song he wrote yesterday espically for his princess.

''But i am happy really you and bhai returned safe and good bhabhi everyone was really worried for you both.''said Akash and pragya smiled seeing his concern for her and Abhi.She really can't belive he is the same guy who left their Rachana broken when they met before 10 months and seeing this complete chance in him really made her happy knowing he is the perfect guy for Rachana.It may be true he hurted their Rachana in the past,but seeing the changed and mature guy infront of her made pragya realise he will be the only guy who can give true happiness to their Rachana and she decided to talk about to Rachana soon.Just then she saw Akash smile looking behind her and she turned in confusion not know reason for his sudden smile only to find Abhi standing in the middle of the crowd with a mike in his hand.
''Hey everyone.Thanks a lot for everyone who came here to know my welfare and i really gald to know i have so many people who loves and supports me.Now i am going to sing a song i am wrote especially for my wife pragya who saved me from the death with her love and determination.So i am decicating this song to my wife who is my princess,my life and everything as a thank you for saving me and giving me an another chance to live this beautiful life with her.I know this is nothing compared to what she did to me,but as a rockstar music is the only thing i value more than my life and love unconditionally after my wife and family.So pragya this song is only and only for you and hope you will love it''said Abhi stunning pragya as she never expected this from him.
But before she could even react the music started to play and echoed through the hall and Abhi started to sing in his soulfull voice.

Hearing this pragya's heart skipped a beat and she controlled herself from letting her emotions show on her face

Abhi then started to move towars the beat of the music and pragya to moved with him lost in his emotion filled eyes.

As the lyrics of the line left his lips pragya could see his pain,pleading,longing,regret in his eyes and stopped herslef from taking him in her arms and consoling him.

With this Abhi lifted her in his arms and brought her back down after few seoconds and made her stand as his hand still rested on her waist.
(In this entire song, where I use 'I should', it actually goes like 'I feel like doing' which I have tried to shorten for ease)
As the song ended Abhi got tear in his eyes and he hugged pragya tightly pulling her into his chest and pragya too hugged him back who was still lost in his love filled eyes and his voice while others clapped seeing the beautiful couple.
''I am so sorry princess.Please forgive me.Please''pleaded Abhi in a low voice near her ears so that only she could hear his apology.Hearing his apology pragya came back to reality and pulled her herself from him arms and Abhi closed his eyes in pain feeling her silent reaction and when he opened his eyes he saw pragya walking from the crowd and looking her longingly.
''Awww Abhi you really love di a lot.you really made her shy that she literally ran out of here''said purab coming and standing beside him and Abhi was glad they thought pragya's anger as shyness.
''Yes i love her a lot Purab but now i have to go''said Abhi and walked to find pragya while purab stood there with his jaw dropped as he couln't belive Abhi admitted his feeling just like that.

Abhi entered their room first to check on Pragya and he checked the balcony only to find it empty.Then he entered the room back and was about to leave to search in the other places of the house when the door opened and Tanu entered the room.Seeing Tanu made his blood boil as he was not at all in a mood to talk with this woman.
''What are you doing here Tanu?''asked Abhi in a stern voice making clear that he was not in a mood for a chit chat.
''Abhi please i know i did a mistake by being selfish,but i am a girl too and i was afarid to loose you when you said that you are going to look for pragya.Please forgive me Abhi please''asked Tanu with tears in her eyes hoping her fake tears will melt him this time too like it did many times before.But Abhi who after seeing her true colors was not ready to fall for this and gave her a glare.
''Don't Tanu i am tired of this crocodile tears and i am not going to fall for it this time.As i already said i am in love with pragya and you are nothing but my ex from the moment i saw your true colors and realised my feelings for my wife.so its better if you leave me and pragya alone otherwise you have to face the consequences''said Abhi in a stern voice and Tanu looking him with an angry look and the next moment she came near him and hugged him tightly and he was shocked even to react.
''I love you too Abhi''said Tanu with a smile confusion him and before he could react he saw pragya standing near the door frame of their room with a hurt look in her eyes and without wasting another second he pushed Tanu from his arms and looked at pragya with a pleading look.
''Pragya belive me its not what it looks like.she was the one...''started Abhi to explain but pragya stopped him by rasing her hand.Abhi didn't even know what to do now as another misunderstanding was created between them making.
