I think he was calling all producers/directors/music directors to hire Mauli. Eveyone upon seeing his name on the caller ID did not pick the phone, except for Pritam whose phone probably died and Bappi was able to leave a voice mail and because of that he announced that Pritam is going to hire Mauli.
