Is Shraddha Kapoor upset with Varun Dhawan?

Apparently, Varun Dhawan irked his 'ABCD 2' co-star Shraddha Kapoor for making last minute changes to their act on a reality show


Grapevine has it that Varun Dhawan rubbed his 'ABCD 2' co-star Shraddha Kapoor the wrong way recently on the sets of a dance reality show where they did a small act.

A source says the actor incorporated a few steps in their performance without Shraddha Kapoor's knowledge and that apparently didn't go down well with her.

Adds the source, "The duo was promoting its upcoming film on the reality show. Varun Dhawan wanted to improvise his act while Shraddha Kapoor was struggling to get her steps right. So he decided to make few changes, but didn't inform Shraddha about it. Naturally, it got awkward for her as she was not in sync with Varun."

Meanwhile, it is said that Varun has been hogging the limelight during the promotional events compared to the rest of the star cast. A source close to the makers of 'ABCD 2' dismisses this buzz, adding: "Varun has only been following the brief that has been given to him. In fact, Shraddha has given her dates to 'Rock On!!' sequel for five days and is currently in Shillong. So, Varun has asked us to resume promotions only after she is back in town."

While Varun and Shraddha did not revert to our text messages, spokesperson of the production house skirted the query, saying: "All of us at the ABCD 2 team are thrilled with the response and excitement around the trailer and the songs. The promotions will now get into full swing. Varun, Shraddha, Remo (D'Souza), Prabhu (Dheva) sir and all the fabulous dancers are all integral to our marketing campaign."

Varun is the next Parineeti.
