good thing that north lost

I know the title of this topic is a shocker.So before ppl start sending me hate mails( 😉 ),lemme begin by saying I am a great fan of North ki Shaan .I'll complete the title of my topic here- good thing that north lost.. this loss will help them to win

But at this junction,I think it is a very good thing they lost.After all ,they still has the semi finals and finals.Now navin knows that he can't take the central team lightly.He knows their strengths and can prepare himself accordingly.If he had won this,he might have had a tendency to dismiss central and think that he can easily beat them in the finals.Now he 'll get really serious.In fact,in my opinion, it is better for naveen if he scores highest in the semis but doesn't win the semi final.that way the fire to win will remain , otherwise he might get over confident and complacent.

In my opinion central's strength is their strong knowldge of old and new songs.The girls from west(rashmi and anuja) also are very good at old songs and will give navin a run for his position. If navin has to beat them he has to concentrate on the following:

Brush up old songs,avoiding mistakes like the ones he did this time(not knowing kora kagaz tha yeh man mera fully)

Pressing the buzzer on a hunch/when he is unsure(the second last round)

There is one thing that might work to his advantage .If Rashmi and Anuja are the finalists from west ,then whenever any question on old songs is asked ,both west and central will compete to answer them(navin,not being too good in old songs wldn't try) .So the marks wld get evenly divided between both zones. this cld work to navin's advantage … since neither west nor central wld be able to get a huge lead.Navin's advantage is that he is very quick on the buzzer and shld try to beat them at new songs.

POINT 2:

there is another thing i want to mention.I think in the full n final round any person who presses the buzzer and doesn't answer/answers wrongly shld be given -15 or - 20 and not -10.I'll give the reason for my theory.In all rounds when a team answers wrongly,they lost 50% of the marks they would have gained had they given the right answer(eg +20 -10 or +30 -15).However this is the only round where the team loses less than 50% ... this actually gives a team an incentive to lose marks!!!The team which sings right gets + 20 and the other team is penalised for doing nothing and gets -10 (bad idea).so ,in effect the team which gives the right answer gets +30.But if a team gives the wrong answer they get only -10.The biggest and stupidest irony is that they wld have got -10 even if they didn't answer the question (if the opponent had answered the question).

So ,if a person going to be penalised to the same extent for not doing anything and for doing something wrong,wldn't any person in his right mind take a risk and do something wrong???at least i can snatch my opponent's chance away. this rule of ' baithe bithaye 10 ank gavana 'is so dumb,i cld hit the person who came up with this brainwave.......😆.food for thought,right????

maybe today's game will make the research team rethink their stupidity...

I am still sad abt North loosing but Have to agree with you abt Naveen making Some silly mistakes in the second round...

I really think Navin and Juhi are the best He still can beat central with the knowledge he has just brush up on old songs as u have said...All he has to be is more alert...

Before saying What i am gone to say next let me make one thing clear..
I am a very very Huge fan of Navin (u can see my posts)
After having said that Central played very well today,From the first round Astha was very clever remember i think it was the third song she finished the mukra then sang another line and stopped in b/w Navin and Juhi didn't expect that but some how found a song within 5 secs...

I feel Navin doesn't use this tactics, I am not saying he should use this but he needs to be prepared for this....

And about the last round i would rather not talk about that....,Just as Anu has Said And i have posted before the blame lies on the research team and the hosts they should make a rule and stick to it...

just my two cents.....

i really feel sad tht hnorth has lost i know the capabilities of north and central but i guess every body has to play fair not like wht central played a strategy today i know she had to do in order to win but fair chance shd b given to every1 even during the preliminary rounds aastha's mom had said tht she had done extreme research on naveen
i feel naveen shd not loos hope and if by luck and chance he can read all our msgs he can know tht v all want him to win he shd b more prepared and win the semis wid fab solid pts in order to reach the finals and make central and other zones a run for their money
i know naveen is not as clever as aastha but he knows how 2 play fairly and in true spirits he makes it a healthy competiton and not targetting a single zone like aastha's main target was to make naveen loose which is really not fair at all i wish naveen and juhi the very best

yes, I agree with u that this will be a challenge for them to prepare well n win the grand finals.. so now they will not be over confident and play carefully... 😊

agree with u on this lydia.But i don't agree on one thing.u've said that naveen does not have to use these tactics.i disagree here.When his opponents are playing shrewd and smart,he shld play smart too.playing fair is one thing but the winner will be the one who plays smart.

I agree that central suddenly ended with 'pyar ki kashti mein' which flummoxed navin temporarily as they thought that it wld end differently.navin shld have played the same strategy.when navin sang 'vaada kar le saajna' he ended with sajna which was quite dumb since the next letter 'pa' is an easy letter.he shld have ended with 'na honge juda'.the next letter dha is a little difficlt.I think these things matter and its abt time navin did the same.I just wish navin visited this forum.We cld give him horads of advice!!!!😆

Well its not about winning and loosing, its about the sanskar these children are getting at this age, b'coz this is wat they will follow in future also. Naveen already knows thier strength and weekness. But I think when u r playing its always u have to be fair and square thats it.
Central has played a very bad trick its tooooo upsetting. I hate this kind of children, and the parents to for teaching them winning is everything. I really want Central to lose the final.
Even West is very good they r really very very very good I want the second rankers to be with Naveen and Juhi. I would love to see them having a good fight. it will be fun to watch those two in final.
