Jolly LLB, which was a satire based on India's corrupt system is all set to tickle the funny bone once again with its light hearted courtroom drama. While Arshad Warsi will once again play Jolly in the second installment, Paresh Rawal will play the opposing lawyer in this film. Readers may be aware, that the prequel had Boman Irani in the film.
From what we hear, this seems to be a conscious decision made by the makers. Subhash Kapoor, the director and writer of the franchise is apparently of the opinion, that since the case that Jolly LLB 2 will be dealing with is different from the first installment, the lawyer too will be different. Moreover, considering the climax of the prequel, in Jolly LLB, Boman Irani, who played the opposing lawyer, had lost the case to Arshad. Hence, the makers decided to replace him.
