Sorry, this is not the place for Garba topic but since we have no update for today, I am bored.

Is anyone from NJ? Where do you guys go for Garba?

I'm from NY but there's no garba here anymore so I'm always in Durtie Jerz. There is garba @ the Garden State Convention Center in Somerset until this weekend...next weekend starts Union Garba @ Elizabeth High School until the 22nd.

I used to go to Elizabeth High School or Radison Center in Edison for garba...there r no star garbas this year...so i am not going this year!

well, in south brunswick high school, there used to be garba last year, until they cancellled it this yar and they dont have it any more are durga temple, at swaminarayan temple, its basically no fun cuz no one goes, at expo center, its fun, but its expensive i think and more crowded, they have private garbas at royals alberts palace, they have it west windsor, old bridge high school and rahway and woodbridge and i think edison!

If you know, there is Garba on the street of Jersey City which starts around 10 PM. It's on Newark Avenue where all indian stores are. I went there last year and I felt like I am in Baroda. I think you should go once at least.
