MOTHER'S DAY SPECIAL...

Geet is sitting in the terrace staring the dark night sky...

Yes, she could only see the darkness and not the twinkling stars smiling at her nor the Moon shinning bright lighting the world with the borrowed light that it got from the Sun and the Moon is happy to share what he got even if it's not his...

Geet has come to her mausi's place to think about her future...

Don't mistake that she is here b'coz she is tired of her long marriage and she wants to end her never ending fights with her husband, MSK...

It's only a couple of months since Geet got married to the business tycoon, Maan Singh khurana and here she is doubting her decision to marry MSK...

It all looked perfect with Darji finding the best suitor for his pothi, and the whole of Hoshairpur went awe when MSK arrived in style for their engagement...

The talk of the town was that Geet is so lucky to get a Dulha like MSK, the dream boy of every girl in Delhi...they said that MSK has rejected all the beautiful rich ladies of his business fraternity only to fulfill his dadi's wish that he married her longtime friend's pothi...

Everyone but Maneet knew about this open secret that Geet is for Maan and Maan is for Geet, they have not informed them for they wanted them to start their life as strangers and get to know each other after marriage like a typical indian couple, b'coz their families were afraid that if they were to know before-hand they would have grown up hating each other when they come across their weaknesses...

Just like Geet has found out in this couple of months that she has made a big mistake marrying Maan and Maan is not the one for her...

It all went good and they had the perfect Indian fat wedding which the entire guest list envied...

Look at the groom, Handsome, good looking,well educated, well settled, running his own business at this young age, and a killer look that every girl would die for...

And the Bride beautiful as a princess with a commendable master's degree in management, the perfect partner for the leading business tycoon, beautiful and also bold, a rare combination that anyone could resist...yet rooted to her culture and fitting the most wanted family girl adjective you often find in the matrimonies...

There was not a single parent who didn't regret that they missed the perfect bride for their son or they missed the best groom for their daughter...

Even Geet got to her a couple of them telling her itself how they wished their daughters were as lucky as Geet...

And the first night was as memorable as she desired and Maan turned out to be the nicest gentleman and fulfilled her wishes more than she imagined...

And the excitement and the newly found treasure made her more anxious and expecting something bigger the next day...

The next morning they went to the temple to offer their prayers and on their way back to KM Maan left for an important meeting leaving Geet with the family...

He promised to return for lunch and Geet made his favourite Pasta and chocolate mousse with help of her MIL Sheetal...

But Maan couldn't come for lunch and he didn't even call Geet to inform that, as usual he just left a message to Sheetal that he would be late...

He didn't realize that someone else is awaiting him, for this is very new for him and he is not the love sick romeo of the numerous love stories that Geet read, and also he is a little weak in expressing himself...

Geet got the news that Maan would be late and that she need not wait for him from her MIL which was not what she expected and she skipped dinner and went to her room and kept waiting for Maan...she could have easily called him to know what's happening and her stupid ego stopped her from calling...instead she expected Maan to call her...

She kept looking at the clock every now and then and she never knew when she fell asleep...

She was fast asleep when Maan returned and Maan didn't want to disturb her nor did he want to tell about his business tensions on the very next day of their marriage...

He wished her good morning and carried on with his work as usual...

Geet felt ignored and unwanted in her hubby's world...

She complained to Sheetal but Sheetal didn't take her seriously as she knew her son would rather manage his problems on his own than sorting other's help...

Maan never realized that there a problem at all for Geet didn't tell him anything...

She also pretended that she is fine...

And after this many such little disappointments kept mounting inside Geet and then she started fighting with Maan for everything...

She kept finding fault that he is not interested in this marriage and he doesn't care a bit about Geet and their marriage...

Maan had no time for her cribings and he was too busy to hear her out...

He had other plans to finish this pending project before he could take his wife for HM...

He knew he had to spend time with his wifey and he also longed to be with her and he missed her company at KC...

He had plans for Geet to join KC later as it's too early to put her under pressure...

She is yet to adjust to her new life and he has to wait...

When Geet's dadi came to meet her Geet exploded that she has had enough and she is coming home with her...

Dadi knew her pothi better and she suggested that Geet spent some time in Amristar as Maan is going out of station and it won't be appropriate for Geet to come to Hoshairpur without Maan...

Geet agreed for she always loved to visit her mausi, and she likes the company of Nandhini and her sweet babhi pammi...

And here she is trying to find a solution for her problem...

It's too early to ask for a divorce but she doesn't want to go back to Delhi either...

She has to come with a plan to avoid Maan and that way she can make him realize what he is missing...but the fact is that Geet is the one who is missing Maan terribly and again her stupid ego wouldn't let her accept that...

Geet keeps thinking about the time she spent with Maan and all she could remember were the cancelled dinners and outings b'coz of Maan's tight schedules...

She thought that Maan could have made time for Geet if he wanted but Maan thought otherwise, for him his business is more important than Geet, haina?

With the little time she got to spend with Maan she has understood his priorities so well and she couldn't believe that a man could ignore his new bride even on the second night of their marriage...

From what she learnt from her sweet Dadi who has had a successful marriage with her Dadji for 50 long years and just celebrated their golden anniversary, Men tend to shower all their love within the first year of marriage and women need to utilize that time wisely to make them addicted to their love and keep them coming back for more and more love as if they have got married only yesterday...

Dadi told her that you need to be a sherni, to do the magic, and a lion's heart to put up with all the differences that come in their way...

Geet is a true sherni of Pujab and is not afraid of fighting for her rights...

No, that's not her problem at all, she is being pampered as the newly crowned Queen of the Knurana Mansion and she has received all the respect and love from everyone including Maan...

But the problem is that Maan's priorities, he said on the first meeting itself that his business is his first wife and Geet is only his second wife...

Geet thought that that's what every business man said and that's the latest trend ...

But Maan meant it for real and he is not the one to say something just b'coz it's fashionable or it's a status sign...

After coming to Amristar Geet has noticed something common between her and her babhi, her brother Teji treated his wife so badly infront of everyone and her mausi supported Teji instaed of her bahu...

Geet thought that all the MILs are the same irrespective of the household, they blindly love their sons and they keep supporting them always even if they are at fault...

But she never saw her babhi complaining to beeji anytime...

Instead she kept silent and she ignored it completely...

Geet is puzzled how her babhi remained calm when her brother shouted at her and she managed to survive all these days...

Geet couldn't stop herself from asking her babhi why she is tolerating all this...

Geet: babhi

Pammi: hare Geet, andar aao

Geet: mein aapse kuch poochna chathi

Pammi: bolo Geet, tumme kya chahiye?

Geet: woh babhi, aap kaise ye san sehthe hai?

Pammi smiles...: tum kya baat kar rahi ho Geet?

Geet: mujhe patha hai babhi ki aap iss ghar mein kush nahi ho

Pammi: kya? tumme aaise kyun lagtha hai Geet?

Geet: woh Veerji aapse kiss tarah se beshathe hai, aap ko gussa nahi aatha?

Pammi: aatha tha, par ab nahi

Geet: kya?

Pammi: mein toh bahut kush hoon Geet

Geet: aap beejhi se bhi complain nahi karthi, ye beeji bhi na, hamesha veerjhi ko hi support karthe, haina?

Pammi laughs...: haan kyun nahi karenge? Woh maa haina?

Geet: aap kya bol rahe ho? mujhe kuch samaj mein nahi aathi

Pammi: mujhe bhi pehle aaise hi kuch bhi samjh mein nahi aathi aur mein bhi har waqt beejhi se complain karthi rehthi

Geet: ab kya hua? Aap complain kar kar ke tak gayi ho?

Pammi: nahi Geet, ab mein samaj gayi ki mujhe kya karna hai

Geet: matlab aap chup chap ye sab sehthe rahoge?

Pammi: nahi toh, mein bhi unse ladthi hoona

Geet: kya?

Pammi: par tummare bhai to hiss kamre ke andar aathe hi sab kuch bhool jathe

Geet sharmathi...: babhi aap bhi na

Pammi: hare Geet, tum galat smajhthi ho, woh apne kaam ke tension mein gussa karthe par badh unko mein apni galthi ka ehsaas hotha aur chale aathe mujhe manane, aaj bhi dekho kya hotha, subhe subhe naraaz ho gaye na, ab dekho shaam ko kaise wapas aathe

Geet waits for her Bro...

Teji comes home with Pammi's favourite sweets...

Teji: pammi oye pammi

Beejhi: teji, kya baat hai?

Teji just ignores neeji and goes to find pammi...

Pammi: ji

Teji: ye le, sab ko dedo

Pammi sharmathi: ji

And the whole time teji keeps calling pammi pammi...

And pammi too runs around him and no one would ever believe it's the same Teji...

Next day Geet asks pammi what's the secret behind this...any magic?

Pammi: ek raaz bathaoon Geet?

Geet: ji babhi

Pammi: ye jadoo ki chadhi toh hummare haath mein hi hai

Geet: kya? aap ke paas magic wnad hai

Pammi smiles...just then her little daughter comes to her running...

Beejhi beekjhi mujhe bachao...

Lucky comes after her angry...

Lucky: babhi, iss shaitan ko dekho, mera kya haal banadhiya

She has cut Lucky's hair when he was sleeping...

Pammi: lucky veeriji, bachi haina, ussko kya patha ki aap apne baal ko kitna pyaar karthe...

Lucky: babhi aap issko apne pyaar se bigad rahe ho

Pammi: chalo, maafi mango

Cutie: sorry

Lucky lifts her and takes her with him...: chalo, mein tumme sikhaatha hoon ki kaise Teji veerji ka baal katthe

Pammi smiles...

Geet is puzzled...

Geet: babhi aapne chutti ko support nahi karna chahiye, usko kaise patha chalega ki woh galat hai

Pammi: kyunki mein ek maa hoon, maa kabhi apne bachon ki galthiyon ko lens se nahi dekhthi jaise sab dekhthe, woh toh sirf apne bache ki nazar se dekhthi aur unko samajthi, tumme kya lagtha ki chutti ab aaise hi galhti karthe rahegi, woh toh aaj hi issko bhool jayegi jaise ki uske baap har baat ko bhool jaathe

Geet: babhi?

Pammi: mein samaj gayi ki apne pathi ko samjaane ke liye ek pathni ko maa ka dil chahiye, ab mein bhi beejhi ki tarah unke chote chote galthiyon ko nazar andaaz karthi aur jab tak unko apne galthi ka ehsaas hotha mein chup rehthi aur jab unko patha hi nahi chaltha ki unhonne galthi kiya bhi hai toh mein unko akhele mein samjaathi ki mujhe kiss baat ka bhura laga aur woh bhi samaj jaathe

Geet now realizes her mistake...

She hugs pammi and thanks her...

Geet: thank you babhi

Pammi: kya hua Geet?

Geet: aap ne kamaal kardhi aap aur aapki jaadu ki chadhi

Pammi doesn't understand anything...but dadi's plan has worked out very well...

Geet has learnt her lessons...now she knows that what she needs to make her life happy is not a lion's heart but a mothers heart...yes, to make a marriage tick you just need a mother's heart to understand her son...that's why every boy wishes to find a wife like his mother, haina?

And this holds good for the men too, for them they should have a father's heart to understand their wives...since it'smother's day I go with the mother's heart...

Happy mother's day...

Geet immediately calls Maan and tells him that she wants to come home immediately...

Maan asks her to wait just for a day for he is coming back the next day only and she can enjoy her stay at her mausi's place for another day...

Geet is happy that Maan is so caring and all of a sudden she forgot about all her problems and she could only see his love for her...

Geet then waits for Teji to dorp her home next day...

But to her surprise Maan himself comes to take her...

And guess what? he was busy arranging her passport and visas and they are flying staright to the Alps for their HM...

Maan has took leave from his work for a whole 15 days and that's too much for his busy schedule, but he can afford it for Geet...

Geet is so happy...

Maan: so Geet, did you miss me?

Maan aks her when they are alone in the room...

Geet runs and husg him...: missed you Maan, missed you so much

Maan also hugs her tight...: Missed you Mishty, and I promise you that I won't repeat this mistake again, sorry for leaving you Geet

Geet : aaise nahi chalega, you have to manofi me

Maan: what?

Geet: haan, I'm still angry

Geet pretends to be angry...

Maan: so, my Mishti is mad with me

Geet: haan

Maan: ket's see how long does that works?

Geet: what?

Maan: come on Geet, you can never get angry with me

Maan looks into her eyes and pleads innocent...

Geet is still determined...

Maan then pulls her and starts kissing her like never before, he lets his passion speak for himself...

MSK and his mahi magic...how could Geet resist them...haina?

And Geet had no other go but to forgive him...
