Jodha smiled
at him and
suprisingly he returned her gesture
and passed a smiled
at her...
He folded the newspaper and kept it aside... Put his hand forward and signalled her to give her hand... Jodha very hesitantly and fearfully kept her hand in his hand... He pulled her a little and made her sit beside him... she became a little uncomfortable by his gesture and gave him a confused look... He again smiled at her and entwined their fingers, brought their hands up... She blushed at this... He freed his fingers and brought it upto her wrist and looked at his wife who was busy in gazing at their hands...
Jodha was completely unaware of the surroundings... Maybe he was angry last night she thought and keep staring at his hand which is busy in playing with hers with a slight blush... Suddenly she felt a striking pain in her wrist... She come out of her dreamland and look at him... He smirked at her and tighten his grip on her hand... And dipped it inside the hot coffee... This happened in a nanosecond that jodha didn't got a slightest idea to know what is happening... As soon as her icy fingers touched the hot liquid... She opened her mouth to shout as loudly as possible but the devil clutched her mouth tightly so that no voice can come out... Tears welled up in her doe shaped eyes... Her body got tensed and her fingers are burning like hell... Hot tears fell on his hand... He smirked and took his hand off her mouth...
"ahh... Jalal lea... Leave ... Leave my hand..."
"jalal .please .leave .my .hand." she said while sobbing and trembling badly...
"Not so soon darling..." he said in a sarcastic tone...
Her pleadings and beggings were falling on deaf ears... Whole hall was filled with her painful voice... But the devil was just looking calm and composed, enjoying his wife's state...
After a good time he left her hand... As soon as her hand got free from his grip , she got up quickly and ran towards kitchen... But he was faster than her so he held the same hand and dragged her towards the staires...
"jalal leave me jal raha hai... Chodo naa jalal its burning" she pleaded... He jerked her away ... Due to force she fell down...
"how dare you haa?? Tumhari himmat kese hui to enter in the kitchen??"
she stand to go upstaires... But he again held her hand...
"I'm not over yet..."
