problem regarding refreshing

I am facing some serious issue at first I thought it was only with my pc but now since yesterday when I logged with my tablet I am facing same issue that after any new post I can't see what I posted because my post is showing my previous set up like even if I had made 50 more posts and then click my post it will show the setting of 50 posts previous. I have to check from phone to see my present status. Biggest problem is with pm even after reading pm it can show pms r still unread and even if any new pm comes it still shows previous pms. Its not prb with other websites its only with I-f why?

Mine to my ipad when I go to a post its shows the previous post numbers n I can't my new post there I only see the previous posts 😔
