"Gadi rokiye bhaiya...plzzz stop d car...", shrieked a female voice.
A maroon i10 stopped abruptly & two kids, a boy & a girl peeped in through d window...
"Thnkx aunty...for stopping ur car on time & saving our dog.", chirped a baby girl of around 5 yrs.
"We are greatful to u", joined in a boy who seems to be 10yrs.
The woman came outside her car & smiled at d two kids. Their dog sniffed around her & later wagged his tail in approval & happiness..
"Why are u playing wid ur dog in d middle of the road!!??
Go & play inside ur home...that will be safe...& where do u live??? I cant see any house near this road...!!??", deliervered d woman.
"We lost our way & came here...& now we cant evn find our way back...our dog is very small so he cant help either...", replied d boy...
"Where do u stay?"
"We stay in an orphanage named 'Shaantivan' ", added d small girl in a tone which sounded sad to their dog's saviour.
"Bhaiya...do u know d way to dat orphanage??", asked d woman to her driver.
"I do mam."
"Ok children...come with me...i will drop u there."
The two kids stayed at their place & d boy replied politely..."We are asked to go nowhere wid strangers.."
"I am no stranger to u dear..." replied d woman in a convincing tone & added, "I love children very much...& didnt i just saved ur dog...then how come i became a stranger...we r now friends..right??"
The small girl smiled & said, "Ok...friends..."
The boy extended his hand in a gesture of starting friendship through handshake...
The woman took their hands & pulled them in a small embrace...
"Come inside my car...i will drop u at your place..."
As d car reached near the blue & yellow gates of d light pink orphanage, an old man came running towards d car shouting "Adi...Ruhi...here u r...i was getting mad all d time...we couldnt find u..where were u two...!!??"
An old woman came behind d old man & scolded d kids, "Haven't i asked u two not to go outside our campus?? U two hardly ever listen...Only if ur parents were here..."
With this very line d old woman stopped in a way as if she has mentioned some very inappropriate thing & to evryone's horror d two kids went away from there crying...
"U shouldn't scold them like that..." said d woman who was watching all these till now...
"Sorry we forgot u after seeing d kids...who are u???" Put in d old man.
"I am Dr. Ishita Iyer...i m a dentist...i was going towards my clinic when i saw d kids playing on d road wid their dog..."
"Thnkxxx a lot for bringing them back..we r highly obliged...plzzz join us for lunch...this is our way of thanking..." smiled d old woman.
Ishita walked inside d building which was 3 storied & they walked straight to d room of d old man whose name was Mr. Shapt Patel. He & his wife, d old woman were d owners of that orphanage.
"You plzzz sit over there", said Mrs. Patel pointing to a plastic chair.
Ishita stopped d old woman & asked, "Where are Adi & Ruhi? I want them to join us for lunch. Plz call them."
