Fourty Two

As he caressed her cheek and his lips playfully tugged at hers, her sharp breaths indicated to him that she was enjoying it... and he was too. He didn't want to stop. When their tongues merged, he wished he could taste the warmth of her mouth for a long time to come, but he was so afraid... afraid of hurting her, afraid of hurting himself.

Randhir stroked her hair softly as he pulled away. She looked up into his eyes breathlessly as he looked down into hers as well.

It was a small moment of bliss as they felt time stand still and both of them lost themselves in the gaze of the other one.

She reached up to touch his cheek lightly, almost making sure that he was really there in front of her, and the exchange between them had actually just happened.

He watched as tears poured out of her eyes and she threw her arms around his body, hugging him tightly from the side, as she laid her head on his shoulder.

He closed his eyes and felt his own eyes tear up as she nuzzled his neck with her face, trying to get as close as possible to him. Even with bare skin contact, they were not close enough. He wanted to get closer too, much closer, but he was trying to control himself, although he was losing control of that very quickly.

"I love you," she said, and he felt his neck get wet with her tears.

Then his own tears fell one by one and before he knew it, he had wrapped his arms around her and held her close to him. He picked her up and placed her on his lap. She sat facing the side and had nuzzled his neck with her face again, holding him tightly.

And he... he held her even more tightly, so tight that he may have been crushing her, but he wasn't worried about that. Right now all he knew was that he had Sanyukta in his arms, and he didn't want to let her go. He wanted her as close to him as possible.

"I love you too," he murmured into her hair.

He rubbed her back affectionately as she cried. As he held her, he silently sobbed. Finally she broke the hug and looked at him with her red eyes.

Randhir reached up to wipe her tears away, and then leaned forward to kiss her cheek. Another teardrop fell as he did that. Sanyukta held his cheeks, before using her thumbs to dry his own face. Then she kissed his forehead softly and Randhir couldn't help but want more.

His hand found the zipper at the back of her dress and he paused.

"Do you want to take it off or should I?" he asked her.

She looked at him as fresh tears made their way into her eyes. Sanyukta rested her head in the crook of his neck and took deep breaths as her fingers played with the buttons of his shirt.

Now she was teasing him. She hadn't answered his question, but she was busy in touching the buttons of his shirt in such a playful manner.

He kissed the top of her head before starting to unzip her dress. He felt her breathe sharply against his skin and her hands tightened around his shirt with such intensity.

"Everything okay?" he asked her.

She didn't say anything again. Randhir finished unzipping her dress and lay her down on the bed, face first. She closed her eyes as he moved her hair to the side and started to kiss the back of her neck. She gasped as his teeth pulled on the skin at the bottom of her neck.

He smiled, glad that she was enjoying it. He wanted her to feel every bit of pleasure. She deserved it.

Randhir sucked on the back of her neck softly and she bit down on her lip, preventing a moan from escaping her lips.

His lips then slid down her back, to the bottom of her spine, up to which the dress was unzipped.

Then he slid his hand up and down her skin as she gasped again. Her skin was really warm... that meant his fingers probably felt like ice to her.

Randhir kissed her back from top to bottom, as he held on to her waist with both of his hands.

Then he turned her around and she looked up at him with a blissful smile. He captured her lips with his and intertwined their fingers together before stretching their arms out over her head.

He sucked on her lips with so much intensity that she moaned against his lips. He bit down gently on her lower lip and he could tell that she was enjoying it by the pace at which her chest rose and fell against his.

As soon as he pulled away, she looked at him lovingly and cupped his cheek. Before she could do anything though, he had already attacked her neck with his lips, placing kisses all over. One of her hands was resting at the nape of his neck and the other one was in his hair.

"Oh God I love you," he mumbled as he continued to kiss her neck. "I love you Sanyukta."

Then he kissed her chin softly before looking into her eyes and caressing her cheek.

"If I tell you I don't love you in the morning... it's a lie," he told her softly, and she smiled up at him.

"I know," she responded softly, cupping his cheek with one of her hands. "I love you too and I know you love me."

"You know?" he asked her, surprised that he didn't even know it yet and she did.

"I can tell by the way you look at me," she said softly.

He kissed her cheek again and smiled before he lay down beside her and took her hand in his. He brought their hands up and looked at their hands clasped together. Even their hands looked perfect in union.

Bringing her hand down to his lips, he kissed it lightly, and then proceeded to play with her fingers.

"Are you still going tomorrow?" she asked him quietly.

"I have to," he replied.

"I don't want you to," she said softly. "Why do you have to go?"

"For you," he told her.

"But we love each other," she said to him.

"Love isn't enough. I'll still hurt you," he replied, feeling his heart ache as he told her that.

"If that's what you feel... I can't stop you," she said to him painfully. "But... I have a request. Will you give me what I want Randhir?"

"Ask," he replied. "I'll do what I can."

She took a deep breath.

"Will you be as close to me as possible tonight? One last night of bliss, that's what I want," she said hoarsely, her eyes tearing up again.

"You want me to sleep with you?" he asked her, surprised at her request.

"I want us to love each other," she corrected him softly, as tears spilled from her eyes. "I want to make love to you."
