Thanks for the updates.

Looks like Raji is pregnant then but the way Karthik was talking to the doctor and getting all upset and the serious music and look on his face didn't look like that at all lol.

I think calling off the wedding is the best option until things get figured out and sorted out. Karthik disappeared, was waiting to see his reaction. Both his and R's reaction about the baby was never shown.

It's good that Raji told Kamal everything right away and stopped things. Kamal must feel really hurt, that makes sense as well.
