Actually, 28-30 is the time when everyone's face get a little bit longer. Some are fortunate, like Aish and Shahid, that age doesn't do 'chedkhani' with their facial structure.. some are unfortunate, like Imran Khan and Rabir, that they start looking ugly in their early 30s.
Btw, Varun's face has also become longer. He's also 28.
