DITTO. This is what I meant by saying that getting intimate with someone isn't only about having SEXUAL relations with the person.

Shaad is invading her PERSONAL space under the pretext of being her husband. It's a violation of privacy and Sanam on regaining her memory and therefore her common sense, should award him with a tight SLAP and should get him arrested for IMPERSONATION. Because that's what he's doing. He's moulding Sanam's ACTUAL memories and making it seem like HE'S the one featuring in them, not her actual lover.

Everytime Shaad 'touched Jannat freely' the situation was such that he needed to console Jannat. In the scene before Shaad and Jannat left for Chaand Bibi ka Maqbara, he was not comfortable even when Jannat was only holding his hands. That is certainly not how Vikram used to behave. Does not change the fact that Shaad is lying to Jannat and deserves to be punished like you wrote.

^^ I feel if Sanam was told she is an amnesia patient and Shaad is her savior... would she allow herself to hug him so tight? would she allow herself to be held by face by him? would she allow him to sit so intimately on her bed, show him her scars on face, let him touch her shoulders, etc with familiarity.

Would she not try harder to regain her memory? right now he is making her feel as if he is the guy in her memories. He was even ready to slip a ring on her finger. he did not try hard enough to wriggle out of the situation.

I am also assuming, Sanam would be using same bathroom/room as him.. isn't that also sexual harassment, specially since she has not given him this right.

At least you have accepted that the lies that Shaad tells are not acceptable and worthy of punishment. Trust me that is more than I have ever seen from anyone who claims to be his "Fan" or SHAJAN fans!

I am sorry but I can never be a fan of a person or a "pairing" based on this awful premise of a women who is being lied to and her rights being taken from her. The first right we ALL have, is to know who we are! Shaad's actions have prevented her from finding out the truth about herself, which as a human being we ALL deserve! So there is no way that any part of Shaad's actions towards this girl can be justified.

You may personally not approve of this, but I have seen MANY comments of people who wanted Jannat (who is actually Sanam) to get pregnant by Shaad! So if he wont take "undue advantage" even more than he already has, how is THIS possible? Many want her to live in oblivion forever, with NO opportunity to ever know the truth about her life, and live a "Lie" with Shaad for good. How can this be acceptable? If this happened to a women WE know, would we wish for her to be further violated and taken advantage of? I think we all know the answer!

So why is it OK in fiction to "approve" and "appreciate" something that in REAL life, we never would? Just because the perpetrator is good looking? THAT is a good enough reason to white wash and approve of his immoral actions? I don't think so! And I know most people also don't!

Minie this whole thing IS sexual harassment! Sexual harassment is not just "sex". Invading the space of someone when they have not given you "permission" is also sexual harassment. That is why in Western work places, there have been MANY cases like this. Since Jannat's consent is not "Informed" but based on Deception that he is her husband, he IS taking undue advantage of her mental state.

So when he comes close to her and shares her space with her, and bed etc, it is ALL sexual harassment. Because in NORMAL circumstances, this girl would never allow a stranger to live in such "close proximity" to her! NO one would. So what he is doing is a criminal act on MANY levels. Not just the "trapping her in his house" part!

Even before the moment Vikram tried to force himself on Rajni, he was a creep and was portrayed as one because he was taking advantage of a young girl who has memory loss and that too is the case here. Forcing himself on Humeira isn't exactly what made Vikram a creep but it was also his lies and him taking advantage of Humeira and using that to touch her and get close to her which is what Shaad is doing. He's pretending to be this girl's husband and is wrongly using that to romance her and try and exercise rights on her just because he's supposedly fallen in love with this girl who he doesn't even know. It's creepy because what he should be doing is keeping away from her and telling her the truth but he isn't.

He might be looking after her but what he should be doing if he truly cares about her and respects her is telling her the truth and finding the people who have the right to look after her and know her. She isn't his resposibility and he knows that so he needs to stop. He needs to stop linking himself to Sanam when he's no one to her. Sanam has memory loss but he doesn't so what's his excuse? Imo it is the same as the Rajni and Vikram thing but the only thing is Shaad hadn't out right tried to force himself on Sanam... yet.

THIS is the part that most who like Shaad don't want to acknowledge! That the very fact that he HAS lied and continues to lie that he is her husband IS what makes him a "Creep". He does not need to outright force himself on her physically! The fact is, he is "Using" this girl's delusion to get close to her, romance her, touch her, and act like he has "Rights" over her when he does not! His behavior is downright cheap and disgusting!

Even after so called "Immigration" came, he is STILL totally shameless and refuses to even acknowledge to himself that it is HIS fault that this has happened! He still has the GALL to call her his "Biwi" and tell her he will "explain!". Explain WHAT? That all these weeks he was making her sleep on his bed, when he has NO right to even be near her?

His actions to date make him a creep and a pervert and you don't have to be as low down as Vikram Shukla for that. Vikram came with the sole purpose of taking advantage of the situation to first steal, and maybe then at the same time thought he will use Humeira as well. He was an outright criminal and they portrayed him as such! But what Shaad, being an army officer is doing, is not much different, coz he lied to her for his OWN benefit, and now has decided to keep lying whether it serves HER or not. He is totally selfish and has no conscience at all!

Or the other explanation is, he is actually mentally unbalanced and now has convinced himself hat this girl who's name he doesn't know IS his real wife! I think he needs the help of a psychiatrist. Because either he is an out and out sleaze, or he is a mental case! He is most definitely not a nice and decent gentlemen. Coz NO nice and decent gentlemen lie to unknown girls with memory loss and make them sleep on THEIR bed for weeks and try to romance them! Sorry! Cant have it both ways!
