No, but i think its because everyone of the interns came to study and they don't know where they fell in love.. I mean according to the title song I think its that... 😳

yh it would sound a bit odd if they called it Sanjeevani 2 😕 n Dil Mil Gaye is more of a youth type of title... n according to the serial so far it's perfect 😳

Maybe we'll find out later on. 😊 So far the show's just recently begun.
