Yes, Ravan has changed. This had to happen. The serial shows Ravan in far more positive light than scriptures say. But no matter how much difference from scriptures is shown, the creatives have to show that Ravan kidnapped Sita. For that they have to show that Ravan is slowly turning negative.

Yea. He was very changed this week. The actor changed and so did his decisions. He has always talked out with his brothers but forgot to talk about Kumbh's marriage.

I guess slowly they are making Raavan evil!! 😭 But that's a fact!!

ya i think he will gradually change, and will become arrogant and that's how this story will connect to sita haran.

but don't u think these days the politicians are using ravan's ways??

I too thing that the new Raavan is a bit too rude with everyone but then he seems to be polite too.. It was not nice for him to arrange both of his brothers marriages without their consent.
This one looks evil but I loved the one from before.

Yes Ravan is indeed changing and he will turn purely dark in coming episodes but as if now I will not term him negative. He is more of a grey character right now. Ravan is majorly displaying his political ambition of extending his empire which every powerful ruler had, soRavan cannot be termed negative on this basis.

The case of his being rude with his brothers and uncles is concerned- He guides them politically and not personally and they are the one who gave him the authority to do so . They are his ministers. The only people he could not command were his mother Keikasi and his nana Somali.

I think the change was a little too abrupt. The first transition, from boy Ravan to teen Ravan, was better handled. The flow was smoother. This time the character changed so rapidly that, within the context of this serial, it is a little difficult to swallow. IMO they should have spent another month or so on the teen Ravan portraying a gradual change. The story should flow from one stage to another, not jump. 😆
