The creatives introduced the "drug" angle to show that JW was not responsible for the fiasco, but was drugged by Pia. Now, there is no need to question if male rape is possible, or if a person who is drugged can do the deed! The creatives have taken some "creative liberty" just to show the audience that JW was taken advantage of by Pia and what happened, if it happened, would not have if not for the drugs. If you see the video, you will notice that Jai puts his hand on his head as if he is feeling dizzy or totally out of it. And yes, this was after the hug, he looked very unsteady. So it is clear, the creatives were looking at the drug angle then itself. Now, it is left to them to maybe show nothing happened and Veer belongs to Pusky!!

Interesting discussion thought i will stop by and give you what i have learned through facts and my own opinion on this topic:

Rape is a rape when someone doesn't want to do it but are forced into having s**. now i took psychology and interestingly the psychologists see drugging and then forcing to have s** with a person, who is conscious but refuse but then don't remember much in the morning. Now if you are drunk(be it a guy or a gal) but you are active when you are being raped but you don't have the will power to stop it except for mumbling then it is considered a rape. the same can be said for drugging. now psychologists believe that 2 in 6 females are raped through drugging and 1 in 6 males are drugged and raped.
Yes even the psychologists say that if a man refused to have s** with a woman(or a man) while he is not in his true sense then it is considered a rape no matter what(even when situation is something really...well u know what i mean 😉 😆 and besides i don't think the man needs to move much sometimes a woman can do it all 😉 i hope you got my point) and the same can be said about a woman if she refuses in her full senses but is forced too.
so overall in factual sense druggig is rape be it a man or a woman.
simple as that.
so i believe that Jai was raped because he refused(btw refusing and then forced into having s** is called rape no matter what).
