Wow Noe. Its a brilliant beautiful rendition of the fascinating Greek Mythology.
Yo Shaad, you will come out of the bhool bhulaiyaa as well as win over the Minotaur. As for the chandni, well, its shine will remain with him forever. The legend the prince gave away the princess, I don't expect any different from Shaad. Its lovely.

I really have no idea how to word my thoughts.
Do I talk about the courageous Theseus. Or his jeet. Or the fact that a mythological story made a great impact in this guy's life.Or do I talk about that roshni. And just how the chandni ke noor ka dhaaga gave our hero the confidence of not only winning against the minotaur but also find a way out.How deep is this Noe. Just how deep is this. You certainly must give us an insider's guide. What all that went through your mind. Jeet toh Shaad ka hi hoga, that much I'm assured (be it just my khwab or if it actually becomes a haqeeqat)...I have other thoughts too...but most possibly not something the public at large would understand...Hmm.Why are you so brilliant Noe. Such brilliance gives me great pleasure, and an amazingly overwhelming feeling that makes me more appreciative of the beauty of not only words, but of their meaning...and also a sense of connection to the heart and soul. And of course reading you, as it always does, get me to go all feely feely and deep deep and...gibberish.A beautiful and heartfelt piece this is Noe, dearest. Here's to many more work from you! Hugs, thank you so much for this!
🤗You know what Farz, one of the greatest joys of life is being understood. And, it is rare. Even more than love, I think, I feel. Majority don't realize it, and don't need it. But some end up living a suffocated life and their suffering is difficult to describe. Amina Parveen suffered this. Only her son understood her but that happened, when once he was old enough to but till then maybe she had already given up on life. Our Shaad also suffers this to an extent. So, when Jannat gets him, he definitely is overwhelmed. Alright I meandered and now let me catch that thread of light and come back to point - I am lucky in this matter. I have met several people here who understand. Thank you for understanding. 😳Coming back to what was written - you want to know what went in my mind. Yesterday, he took a decision and I was like 'beta ab tu gaya.' He was already in the labyrinth and now has taken quite a wrong turn. I think you already got this. And, yes, public at large won't understand. But, tell you while writing this, it was in my mind that most of the janta won't understand and I can write my thoughts in peace. 😉And, yes, when I write Shaad wins. Always. Whether its Minotaur - Shashi Kapur, other enemies, society, etc. etc. or its the labyrinth. Now, neither he or us should have doubts that he would defeat Minotaur - it is an external factor. But the maze, it is his own doing. And, when he realizes he looses confidence. He has to. But Theseus had a ball of thread with him to get him out of the maze, and same way our Shaad also has a thread of light leading him out of the maze -- the thread that stretched from her dupatta.Of course, you know all about chandani ke noor se bane hue dhaage 😉And, yes, Shaad comes out triumphant and wise.Legend says that Theseus doesn't get his princess, but till he comes out of the maze she waits for him. I guess that will be enough. Him winning and her waiting. Aage kisne dekha hain? 😊Thank you for lovely review, Farz. Always a pleasure to know your thoughts.😃
p.s. The best dream architect in Inception is named after Ariadne - Theseus's love. Nolan...mwah...Now I wonder ke kahi Gul ne bhi to ye connection nahi banaya...thinks...thinks...naah...
Thank you.As per the legend, Theseus had to leave Ariadne in Crete when it was time for him to leave for Greece. And, it was not his own decision to leave her and in the distress of leaving her, he committed a grave mistake which resulted in his father's death. (Legends have different versions, so what I read can be different). So, yes, a tragic end! But, Theseus is remembered for his victory over Minotaur and the labyrinth. Shaad will be the same, I hope so.p.s. one version of the story says that Ariadne - the princess was already married to someone else, but she ran away with Theseus. 😉
