Actress Neha Sargam tells us how to beat the heat and also talks about her summer plans.

Summer is here and thus the mercury level has risen. Like everyone, our celebrities from the tinsel town too are not spared from the scorching heat. Here we have Neha Sargam (last seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon... Ek Baar Phir) with us to give some tips on how to beat the heat this summer.

Here are Neha's likes and dislikes of summers-

What do you like about summers?

Summers for me means ice creams, coolers, visiting a lot of beaches and wearing cotton clothes. I do like summer but not scorching summer.

Summers are meant for... Mangoes.

Perfect summer wear... Anything made of cotton.

Shooting during summer is... Bad, tiring and draining.

Things I carry along during summer... Lots of water and coconut water. Earlier, I also used to carry a handy fan which used to run on battery (laughs).

Favorite summer drink... All kind of juices but I more often prefer pineapple because it is my favorite.

Favorite travel destination during summers... I have not traveled much but if got a chance, would go to Kenya maybe or any beach place. I am a beach person.

Beauty regime during summers... I do not do much for my beauty regime. In fact, it is a big 'NO' to beauty parlors as well. I just drink a lot of water.

Fitness regime during summer... I do yoga early in the morning followed by Pranayam. Besides this, I dance a lot and jog every day in the morning.

One summer tip to your fans... Have lots of drinks and eat less.
