I am so excited and happy she won!
She was the most consistent cook and she is definitely someone who deserved this award. I didn't really hear a sob story from her like I did from Neha and especially Bhakti. She was quiet but she did her job and she was always being real with her work.
All the dishes she cooked were on par of a real chef. Sure, she had a couple of dishes that maybe didn't go to the top with the judges, but she always kept herself on a higher level when creating and cooking her dishes.
I can't wait for her to open her first restaurant, Detour, and I also hope she opens one here in the US and in India. Very excited for her!
Not only this, but she also won the Dubai Food Festival booth that she will be participating in next year!
What did you think about Nikita being the winner?
Sooo glad Ashish and Karishma didn't win...they were not on par or consistent as much as Nikita was.
And congrats to Neha for winning the 1st runner up prize of going to London (trip for 2) and 10 lakh.
