Explanation
Doubt, mystery, confusion surround me,
Elder Wand was surrounded by mystery, it's passing and its location were somewhat hard to find as it kept appearing and disappearing through the pages of history.
Could be a blessing, or a curse,
If it is possessed by someone, in common terms, 'good', then it can be a blessing... if it is possessed by someone 'bad' like Grindelwald or Voldemort, it will undoubtedly be a curse...
One to create and one to destroy similar,
This indicates that the original possessor n in Dumbledore's opinion creator of the Elder Wand, Cadmus Peverell, and it's 'destroyer', Harry Potter(as he intended its powers to be destroyed after he dies a natural death) are similar, as in both are of Peverell descent.
Immensely strong I am
It is extremely powerful and can do extraordinary magic, as is well known
