I have a feeling that the guy whom Sujata is talking in precap could be Mani & not Subbu.

Mani has reasons to separate Ishra as he thinks Raman is a bad husband and Ishita should leave him also he has some feelings for Ishita. And Subbu was shown to be happily married than why would he try to separate Ishra?

Mani knows all about Raman, Ishita, their relationship & Ishita's attachment towards Ruhi but does Subbu know all these things? Anyone planning against Ishra must know these things.

Actor playing Sujata said in her interview that it is a positive role which has now turned into negative all of a sudden.
