Cultural enforcement towards kids

Debate : Is it right to force kids born country not of their parental origin to enforce cultural values of originating country?

I say no no it was parental choice to give birth and raise kids in country that have diverse cultral values. Don't force children to have cultural values or originating country. 1. You are inculcating rebellious nature, based on country / culture of country where they are getting raised. 2. Let the kids decide whats best to adopt? they know the best ways to survive remember the day when parents themselves were FOB's.
