Jallal was in Russia, acquiring a foreclosed five- star hotel and beach resort. He was already gone for almost a week and he was so furious of the slow processing of the turnover. He wanted to return to Japan as soon as possible to settle another important deal and of course, to check if Jodha was doing well with her training. Well, not only that. He was desperate to take her out for dinner. A candlelight dinner with roses and soft music. She would surely love that, since she believes in romance and fairy tales. He smirked at the thought. Well, anything she wants as long as their relationship wouldn't stop at friend zone level.
Meanwhile, Jodha already started her intensive training at Mohammed International Holdings, Inc. During her first day in the office, Humayun mohammed introduced her to all department heads. They were so accommodating and showed enthusiasm in working with her. She was also oriented to the Companys vision and mission, policies, procedures and organizational setups.
Humayun advised Jodha to be familiar with the transactions in every department. So on her second working day, she was
at the Human Resource Department. She befriended everyone. They were so curious about her personal life and asked many questions about her relationship with the Mohammed's, especially Jallal. Are you sure you never dated him? smitha , a typical nerdy type girl asked her curiously.
NO, of course not. Jodha replied honestly.
You mean he never noticed you? Thats impossible. You are so beautiful, Im sure you are on top of his list right now. Salima, a HR staff said.
Jodha gave them a questioning look and shook her head.
Yes. So you should be careful, because he had a strong appetite for girls like you. You dont want to be discarded like a piece of rag, right? Rukaiya, who had a slim, supermodel figure eyed Jodha from head to foot.
Oh Ruks, you are just so mean because Mr. Jallal never noticed you. Avinash, the only guy in the department butted in.

The next day, Jodha joined the Marketing Department. She arrived very early, but she was surprised that the department head, Mr. Charlie arrived earlier thanshe did and was already working in his office.Hi, good morning Mr. Charlie.
Im Jodha singh. We were introduced the other day by Mr. Humayun. Jodha greeted him.
Good morning, Miss Singh. He stood up and clasped her small hand. Or may I call you, Jodha? His eyebrows rose questioningly.
Of course, Mr. Charlie. Her face flushed. She couldnthelp it. He was so gorgeous, a beautiful blonde-haired man, with cute, ultra marine eyes, and totally a hunk!
Just call me Charlie. His whole face spread into a smile. Damn! His smile was boyishly affectionate and so infectious. She couldnt take his eyes off him, he was so good-looking.
Yes, um... Charlie. Her reaction amused him.
The Marketing Supervisor, Manish will orient you about the set up in our department, and teach you the strategies and methods
in advertising the hotel. Jodha's face brightened with his suggestion. Thats great. Im so excited to start. She said staring at him. Then she unconsciously took her cup of espresso and sipped on it heartily.
Do you like cappuccino,Jodha? He chuckled with a dry and cynical sound. Then he took his own cup of Starbucks coffee and sipped on it too.
Umm... not really, actually this is Caramel Macchiato. She said and sipped her coffee again. Oh no! This is not Caramel Macchiato. She sipped again... then again... This is Cappuccino. Then she read the name written in black ink on the cup she
was holding. Charlie. Her eyes widened. Awkward! Manish, the Marketing Supervisor turned out to be a jolly, extrovert and very accommodating person. She was single as well as the other staff: Amit, Ashley, Leo and Robert. Of course, their Department Head, Mr. Charlie was single and available too. The following day, Jodha was in the Finance Department. The Department head, Mrs.Maria and her staffs were so engrossed with their paper works. They were so silent that you could only hear the sound of the keyboards clicking. They taught her how they reconciled the corporate books of accounts, showed her the yearly financial statements and gross profit analysis. During her last day of the week, she was in the Engineering Department. The Department Head Engineer, Engr. Alok Rathore was a funny guy. Most of his
employees, were men. They were always talking and making jokes. They teased and flirted with her.
On Friday night, Manish, the Marketing Supervisor invited Jodha to hang out with her and the rest of the Marketing team. She was so bored in the hotel always watching TV every night, so she decided to accept their invitation.
They went into a bar in the middle of Japan City. Jodha was having fun having her drink with Manish, Amit, Ashley, Leo, Robert and of course Charlie. Charlie on the other hand, kept on asking her about her life, her interest, her family and other things. They started to get to know each other well when Manish caught their attention. She was a bit drunk and started to get wild. She initiated doing Dance with Leo.
Come on, it's your turn, Charlie. Do the dance with Jodha. Manish said laughingly.
Yes, come on boss. Robert said, agreeing to Manish suggestion.
Well, if its okay with jodha... Charlie gave Jodha a teasing look and grasped her hand to stand up. Jodha was laughing at him
when someone said behind her.
Mind if I join you? Suddenly, they all stopped laughing, as if an apparition appeared in front of them. Jodha turned around and
was surprised to see Jallal, standing behind her. His face was a glowering mask of anger.
Yes... Of course. Please join us, Mr. Mohammed. Charlie immediately stood up and called a waiter to get a chair
and a drink for Jallal.
Jallal sat between Charlie and Robert. He started talking about his trip with Charlie, the business deal, the property he acquired and other things about the hotel. The fun stopped and the atmosphere transformed in a businesslike manner.jodha felt the sudden tension and the awkwardness within them.
So what are you drinking? Jallal suddenly asked. Tequila. Manish smiled, raising one eyebrow, as if daring Jallal to try it.
Okay, Ill have a Dance with Jodha on the dance floor. A devilish look came into Jallal's eyes.
All their eyes widened and looked at each other. They couldnt believe what theyd heard. Whoa! Manish shouted and the fun started all over again.
Amit and Ashley danced. Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah The laughter and giggling were back, except for Jodha, who was staring at Jallal nervously, with open mouth.
NO! Jodha mouthed at Jallal.
But Jallal's eyes just held her and flashed a gentle but firm warning that made her even more nervous.
Come on Jodha, come to the Dance floor now. Manish demanded. Jodha didnt have a choice but to obey. She didnt want them to accuse her of being a killjoy. Oh God! Why me?
At that moment, she hated Jallal for picking her.Hesitantly, she went on floor . The rest gathered around her,
laughing and the girls were giggling excitedly. Jodha bit her lower lip because of embarrassment and covered her face with her hands. Music , Amit said calling out loudly , Jallal and Jodha started dancing according to music.. Jallal was so amused with this now.. few minutes before he was dead anger on Jodha and now his anger vanished , like a smoke loosing itself in air..he just then recalled how he reached her.

He arrived in New York at around eight in the evening and went directly to her suite to take her out for a dinner. He wanted to
surprise her, and it turned out that he was the one who got the surprise. The hotel manager, told him that she left to meet her friends in a bar. Jallal called her several times, but her phone just
kept on ringing. Icy fear twisted around his heart. Where the hell is she now? Goddammit! He didnt know who the people she went out with. He tried to recall if shed mentioned anyone,
she knew in Japan. Geez! She was not very cautious. He could not
believe how stupid she was of trusting anyone. She was in Japan, for Gods sake. She came from a very rich family in India and she could be an easy target for the kidnappers. He groaned aloud. There were many bars in Japan and it would be difficult to find her. He was pacing back and forth inside Jodhas suite. Then he
called Abdul, the head of his security team and his trusted friend .
Abdul, I want you to look for Jodha, immediately. Search every bar in the city. It took more than an hour for the whole security team to locate her. His anger became a scalding fury. Of all places, they went to a not so famous bar! Jallal went directly to the bar. He saw Jodha the moment he entered the place, and found out that she was with his Marketing employees! And with his reliable and trusted Department Head, Charlie .Damn!

Jallal's eyes raked wickedly at Jodha's face, She looked like a sacrificed virgin maiden offered to the devil. You need to be punished sweetheart for doing this to me. A satanic smile spread across his thin lips. Pulling her more close to him holding her waist...
