Initially I was super pissed off with Saurav revealing the real reason behind Nisha's marriage. But I don't think it served as a justification for Viraj's subsequent creepiness or made Saurav betray Nisha. I think Saurav felt bad for Viraj, after all, he was his boss and you feel some loyalty towards a boss. That's why Saurav told Nisha-Kabir marriage truth. But Saurav also said that Nisha was moving on, i.e. she didn't need Viraj's "rescuing" and was not obsessed with him like he was. Saurav, in my opinion, was just trying to make Viraj understand that while the marriage did not happen under ideal situations, Nisha was coping and moving on and Viraj should too. Of course the way he explained it was super wrong and he shouldn't have given away so many details, but people make mistakes. Plus, Viraj completely ignored it when Saurav said Nisha was moving on. So I don't think it justifies Viraj's creepy behaviour with moving into KN house. If anything, it points to how deluded Viraj still is.

And Kabir wants to show himself as a ghatiya damaad so he can set the stage for his and Nisha's future divorce. Nisha-Kabir married on the agreement that they would divorce after 3 months and that Kabir would act like a bad guy so when he left Nisha after 3 months, everyone would blame him and feel sorry for Nisha. Of course both are being stupid and not realizing that a) people will also blame Nisha when Kabir eventually leaves regardless of the type of person Kabir is b)Kabir leaving Nisha will bring so much more badnaami to the family that the SV would've c)Kabir is too inherently good and obsessed with making people happy to successfully be a ghatiya damaad

I also like their scenes together. They are hilarious and like you said, definitely not a typical couple. I love how they are strictly friends and have no romantic feelings towards each other. Yet, at the same time, share a deep understanding and commitment to each other.

And yeah idk about the clothes. I had made peace a long time ago that Nisha wouldn't be the type of girl to wear traditional clothes LOL. She didn't wear suit/ lengha in freaking Dolly's wedding so who cares about her own pag-phere ? 😆 No no, I just think that's not Nisha's style and plus she's never been one to do things just because of society (well aside from her marriage).

And yeah, the directing is actually generally pretty good in this show. That Daadji scene was so weird and over-the-top. I think the main problem this show has, is with the editing. But even then, this show is really great technically (acting, dialogues, directing, writing, etc.)
