Urmila slaps Mansi - SBS/SBB - 02/04/15

Urmila slaps Mansi. Gopi shocked and covers her mouth. Kokila gets up from the bed and looks at Urmila and Mansi. Ahem raises his hand to slap Urmila when Urmila hides behind Kokila. Kokila looks at Ahem as to say don't raise your hand at Urmila.

Scene leading up to the slap. Urmila is crying. Mansi holds her by the arm and talking to her. Gopi and Ahem are standing by while Kokila sitting in bed. Mansi appears to be explaining something to Urmila. Urmila slaps her. Kokila protecting Urmila Ahem. Mansi is holding her cheek. Gopi with her hand over her mouth.

Devoleena and Vandanaji offscreen byte. Devoleena: "My Mami has gone mad, which you all know. But this madness is good actually, because when she was right then she did very few good deeds. But know she is mad she is doign a lot of good deeds. So I'm impressed. Mamiji, please stay like this only."

In the scene, Vidya comes and holds Mansi.

Offscreen everyone is laughing on set.

Back to scene leading up to slap, Kokila was lying in bed, Gopi was messaging her legs and Vidya was sitting with Kokila. Urmila comes into the room and says she wants to eat gulab jamuns made by Kokila who is feeling unwell. Urmila: "I want to eat gulab jamuns. Get up and give it to me." Kokila: "Okay. I will ask Pappu to buy you some gulab jamuns." Urmila: "If I wanted to tell him then don't you think I would have told him myself. I don't want them from outside. I want them homemade and made from your hands. Get up and go back it in the kitchen." Meanwhile Gopi has got up and is trying to explain to Urmila. Pappu and Rashi are suddenly in the room too. Audience know that Urmila is not mad, but her head is still damaged. Everyone in the house became surprised they heard Urmila's sudden wish. Kokila, Ahem and Gopi tried to explain to Urmila. They even spoke about ordering gulab jamuns from outside. Urmila bursts into tears. Then Mansi tries to explain to Urmila. Urmila gets angry at why Mansi interfered. Than Urmila slapped her.

Kajal: "If someone is saying something for the best or speaking for someone else's best, then she does not want to listen. And so because of that anger she ends up slapping me."

Ahem gets very angry and raises his hand to slap Urmila. Kokila protects Urmila and warns Ahem to not slap Urmila otherwise Urmila would have also slapped Ahem

Rupalji: "Where Kokila is concerned, when difficult times arise, when something wrong happens, then she always holds her hands together and asks for forgiveness."

Mansi feels humiliated at being slapped in front of everyone. She leaves the room. Her and Meera decide to leave the house. Tolu and Molu standing alongside Mansi and Meera. After this, Kokila held her hands together and asked for forgiveness from Mansi and tried to pacify her. Kokila apologized to Mansi on behalf of Urmila. But it looks as if Mansi will not stay. Her and Meera leave with their suitcases, Tolu and Molu help them. Maybe she will go live in Modi Bhavan where Gopi is also staying these days.

Same slap scene. Kajal and Vandanaji practicing the slap scene offscreen. Vandanaji: "Aaja Mata Satakli. Ek dum satakli."

Urmila first bothers Kokila. Urmila: "Koki, get up. Make gulab jamuns for me." Gopi: "Mamji, do not be insistent." Urmila: "I am not insisting, You are the one being insistent." Urmila to Kokila: "Why are you looking at my face? Come get up. Get up." Pappu: "What happened Momji? What happened?" Ahem: "You will not get gulab jamuns!" Urmila crying: "I want to eat gulab jamuns. I want to eat gulab jamuns handmade by you." Mansi then holds Urmila and takes her hand. Mansi: "Look, please...You come. Come along with me. Come?" Urmila pulls her hand out of Mansi's and slaps her.

Vandanaji: "Yes because, firstly I wanted to eat gulab jamuns. And on top of that everyone is refusing me, 'No, Kokila will not make them'." Kajal: "She is unwell, that's why." Vandanaji: "She is unwell. But I said I know she is pretending. And I am the mistress of the house, she is the servant. This cannot happen. But she comes and tells my to get out of the room. Now because this house is mine, this room is mine, so Urmila lost it."

Urmila after slapping Mansi says, "How dare you stop me. This is my house." Ahem raises his hand. Nazim starts laughing and moves away. Vandanaji then says something. (Audio not very clear.)

Ahem raises his finger at Kokila. Kokila says," Ahem!"

Rupalji: "I am very upset about this, that Ahem has quickly forgotten about his wife's good points. I agree that 10 years is a long time to be separated. In our absence, Mansi took care of the daughters and Ahem. But if she had taken care of them in the right sense, then today circumstances would not have turned out like this."

I don't think Mansi deserved a slap. If she does, then I think Ahem and Meera deserve several slaps for the way they have been treating Gopi.
