me too...i guess got turned off by ella's expressions(as i have mentioned multiple times before 🤢) . however i think the best thing about japanese version is fast pace and credible deeper characters. for example in tw version ella comes to watch qing jump (i found it more stalker/groupie-like behaviour than sweet), in jversion maki is responsible for ruining his career so she feels obliged toget him back on his feet.in tw version ella goes from straight from being a fan to lover without breaking a sweat, in jversion maki is having a hard time dealing with her love for her idol sano(who thinks she is a boy).in tw vwerrsion qing seems okay inspite of quiting jumping, in all he is a sweet kind , uncomplicated but introvert guy. in jversion sano is suffering after his quitting high jumping , he is an immensely complicated and mature/introvert character who can be sweet and mean as he desires. he jumps not because maki wants him to but becoz he realises if she can deals with pressure and unsurety of dressing like a boy just to fulfill her aim(getting sano back in sports arena), he too can deal with the pressures of sports world to do something he enjoys so much.
i can go on rambling on the depth of so many mentionable scenes( i have not even started on nakatsu yet) but in all i am enjoying this show's complexity more.

lol..Ella was annoyin, and the fact that she looked like a boy annoyed me even more...lol and the fact that she stalked him, soo annoyin I hate it when the girls chases after the guy like that!
