Urmi beats Koki/Cutting chai segment - SBB/SBS - 27/03/15

Urmila pulling Kokila's hair and dragging her into the living room. Urmila says, "Your wings have come out, haven't they?" (I couldn't catch what else she said). Dhawal and Pappu enter the room. Urmila: "Today I will not leave you alone!" Gopi trying to get Urmila to leave Kokila shouting, "Mamiji, let go of Maaji! Urmila to Gopi: "Get away you!" Kokila: "Urmilabehn, listening to what I have to say. Woh tho mein (I was just)..." Urmila: "What mein, huh? What mein bas?! Tell me..." Gopi comes running to get Urmila to let go of Kokila. Vidya and Mansi enters the room. Dhawal: "Phuhyi, let go of her. What are you doing?" Urmila: "I will not let go of her! Someone quickly bring handcuffs! Today I am going to send her to jail." Gopi: "Mamiji, I said let go of Maaji." Urmila: "Get away you!" Dhawal: "Phuhyi, let go of her. What are you doing?"

Urmila picks up a jharu to hit Kokila, but Vidya comes and stops her. Vidya: "What are you doing? Dadi will get hurt." Urmila: "Hain? Which Dadi? Whose Dadi? Move away from here!" Grabs Vidya's hand and pushes her out of the way.

Rupalji (first says a bunch of stuff that I could not understand at all, too advance Hindi for me, but let me try.): "This condition that I am in is bearing in mind the mentally of the person involved, so I am accepting of these conditions. When a person is unwell, when their mental state is spoilt, then to shout or hit or go against a person like this would be amaanviye (❓). Somewhere seeing this shouting and hitting behaviour, I think of her as a child and accept her."

Ahem grabs hold of Urmi's hand. Ahem: "What are you doing?" Urmila: "Huh?" Ahem: "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? On the one side she is unwell and then on top of that you are..." Urmila: "Huh?! First tell me man that who are you?" Ahem: "Get lost from here!" Urmila: "Who are you to give orders to me?!"

Rupalji: "Absolutely, this is the scene that is happening. It has become necessary for me to tell Ahem that Urmilabehn is mentally unfit and this hitting, shouting, pulling my hair and the physical harm that she is doing to me is something that I have been tolerating for the past 10 years. So this truth has come in front of him now."

Ahem shouts: "Let go!" and thrusts her arm downwards. Urmila screams and the jharu falls out of her hand. Kokila grabs hold of Urmila.

Promo scene. Kokila, Ahem, Gopi, Jigar, Meera and Vidya at the airport. Kokila: "I had faith that you would definitely come. Because I have full faith on the upbringing I gave you." Meera: "Dadi? Apart from Dad, someone else is also coming with us to Rajkot." Mansi arrives. Kokila and Gopi shocked. 😲

Kokila pacifies Urmila and Dhawal and Pappu take Urmila away. Kokila falls forward holding onto her neck. Gopi helps her by holding onto her arm. Ahem holds onto Kokila's hand. Ahem and Gopi holding onto to Kokila at the same time. Ahem takes Kokila away. Gopi looking back at them.

Urmila chasing Mansi with the jharu. Kokila on the floor, Ahem helping her. Ahem then tries to stop Urmila. Same Urmila grabbing Kokila's hair and everyone trying to stop her. The jharu is taken away from Urmila and she is talking happily and excitedly.

Urmila is punishing Kokila because she left without saying anything. And now she has come back, she has come with a group of people.

Rupalji with Vandanaji: "If a servant comes back with a whole team of people and if without even telling the matriarch of the house that she was going somewhere, then she has every right to be angry. I was thinking she will hit with shoes and sandals, pots and pans will fall, but Urmila gave me a very mild punishment, picked up the jharu, grabbed my hair a little. So somewhere I am thankful to her for this."

The viewers know now that Urmila has not lost her mind.

Vandanaji: "For 10 years Kokilaji has been living with me, so somewhere me as Urmila, I have become attached to her. She shouldn't go anywhere, she should stay with me, whether she does my work or not, whether we fight or not. But I need her, that Kokila stays with me in my house. There is a connection and tuning which has formed between us."

Kokila wipes away Urmila's tears. If anyone upsets her Kokila even a little, then Urmila hits them with her jharu, the way she is doing with Mansi. Ahem shouts: "Bas! Stop one minute!" Kokila looks unwell. Ahem holds onto to her. Kokila saying something to Urmila, pacifying her. Urmila shouts at Ahem.

Vandanaji, Ashish (Dhawal) and Kajal (Mansi) drinking tea.

Ashish says only the person who gives gossip will get tea. Vandanaji says I'll give you some. I just hit Mansi. Dhawal says Vandanaji has become a total chawlwali since entering Urmi House. She shouts at the spot boys. I tell her she should be a bit politer. When Kinjal comes she will give her all the complaints, "Dhawal did this, he was talking about you". She is Kinjal's biggest chamchi. Vandanaji says "Urmila Shah. Any doubt?" Vandanaji says she is missing her sleeping, she always falls asleep. She talks less, sleeps more. I her arguing with everyone the most. Quickly come back Kinjal, leave Modi Bhavan. Ashish says she has a very famous tagline "Apne bhaap se bolo! (Tell your father)." (Aww, they both miss Firoza.)

Ashish imitates the way Vishal gives a shot. He always looks at the script to remember his dialogue and then answers his phone in the shot saying, "I'll call in 2 minutes, yes I'll call you back. Ya baby, just calling you back. Actually just hold on," and then goes back to saying his dialogue, but still looking at the phone. (I can so imagine him doing this. 😆) Ashish says Nazim quickly completes his shot and leaves the set. When he is looking at his phone he gets very excited and shows others his video shoot on his phone. Ashish thinks it's very cute.

Then they make fun of Paras who plays grown up Pappu. Ashish says Nazim calls him chotu and Paras had said, "Oh, you're my bade Mamaji Oh yeah, somebody had told me your are my bade mamaji. Aww it is gonna be great." Then Ashish says Kinjal comes and says 'Are you crazy? What are you doing here? Who are you? I'm your mother." Vandanaji as Paras: "Ohhh, I've heard a lot about you. You are going to play my mother's role. But I'm very excited to do scenes with you." Ashish as Firoza: "Why do you speak like a parrot? Can't you speak slowly? Speaking like a parrot, speak slower." Vandanaji: "I think educated people speak like this only." Ashish: "Am I not educated? I understand everything. Don't speak to me. Go away from me."

Ashish says you guys have given me a small cup of tea and got a lot of gossip out of me. When everyone finds out, they are going to break cups of tea on our faces.

Ashish gives a cup of tea to Kajal. Kajal: "My gossip is about Ashish. When he first came to set he sat in the car for 2 hours." Ashish: "What's wrong with me sitting in the car? It's my car." Kajal: "No, ask him what was he doing? He was alone sitting in the car, the windows were up, I don't know, he had his earphones on. What do you do in your car? We were all thinking what does he do?"

End of segment. Have to say it was a very funny segment after a long time. I feel Ashish needs to be better utilized in the show by the CVs.
