The above is a 15 second animation test from a 20 minute animated short called CID-South park bureau that I am currently making for my youtube channel. The script is ready but I currently need some volunteer voice actors for this project. It will be a non paying gig but If this video becomes successful it may turn into a series. CID Bureau in 1990s and very early 2000s. The Bureau was of a classic look but it was bit of congested.
