yes we all love the implying love option ..seems to be the most logic and satisfying thing to happen if he is supposed to be in love with her deep down but not yet aware of this love ..the near-death moment supposed to be a moment of clearness so he had to acknowledge these feelings to some extent ..direct confess is out of the question but I ( obviously we ) will love it if he imply his love for her somehow😊

Taking into account that this is an Indian serial, there will be no direct confession. More than likely, it will indirectly involve Pragya, of course, and from all that we've seen between them so far and taking into consideration both their feelings for each other, he will say or maybe even do something that will show his regard for her.
