Bollywood has paved way for many star kids to establish themselves as performers in the industry. However, it seems actor and politician Vinod Khanna's youngest son Sakshi will have to wait a little more to make his grand debut in the movie business, as reliable sources inform that Sakshi's debut film with Milan Luthria has apparently been shelved.
Reportedly, the film was a passionate love story and Milan was keen on casting the star kid. The source says, "Earlier there was news that the film has been delayed, but now it isn't being made at all. It has anyways been quite delayed and moreover Sakshi too has suddenly disappeared from the Bollywood circles and isn't seen anywhere. Milan has now decided to completely drop the project." Sakshi who is the younger brother of actors, Akshaye Khanna and Rahul Khanna was an assistant director to Milan while filming Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobaara.
Reportedly, a lot of filmmakers were earlier showing interest in casting Sakshi as a lead in their film, however with Milan taking the responsibility of launching the young lad a lot of expectations were built from the movie. However, Sakshi's sudden disappearing act will indeed arouse speculations around his next choice of film. Earlier there was news that Milan was planning to make a film with Arjun Kapoor in the lead and then will concentrate on Sakshi's maiden project as an actor. However, looking at the current situation Sakshi's film doesn't seem to be happening at all. We did try calling and texting Milan, seeking for a confirmation on the news. However, despite repeated attempts Milan was unavailable for comments.
