Agree with you. The show is losing charm in recent tracks as the CVs have totally forgot what the show is about and are resorting to all the age-old sacrificial bahu tracks.

The hijack track was stretched but at least it ended on a high note and the separation track began with a bang BUT they failed to take it forward in the right direction. From there, story is going downhill. There was no justification for Suraj's behavior, they made Sandhya donate her kidney, then out of nowhere Suraj realized his mistake and brought back Sandhya, instant pregnancy, and this baby donation by SurYa has taken the essence out of SurYa as well.

The PH has become insensitive to viewer's demands. They are not going to bring any change in their script even after knowing viewers dissatisfaction. I am against any drama on-screen involving kids. Mishri baby swap was somehow tolerated but parents deciding the fate of an unborn baby is the limit of it and to add to it, Bhabho is utilizing the baby to pay her kidney debt and not have even a tiny bit of gratitude towards Sandhya.

They did not also justify it from Ankur, Ankita and Bulbul point of view also. Only one social worker refused them to give baby. They could have discussed and made up their mind to get it from another institution. Bulbul just had a fever and was adamant with baby obsession. At least they could have shown her to be in a life-threatening situation to justify SurYa taking this big decision.

Usually, they butcher one character for each track but now all three main characters have been butchered for this track.

200% agree with. I stopped watching this show because as a mother of 1 year oldI cant imagine giving up a baby. Imagine when baby grow up & ask his parents why did you give me up. What answers will the parents give?

I started watching this show last year because this show immediately followed Mahabharat. At that time Sandhya had just started attending training for IPS and I loved how she came out successful despite being a bahu of a traditional family. Her story was inspiring.

Then there was the hijack drama and I loved to see how she rescued the plane which had her family. I liked the nice platonic friendship between her and zakir in an era where most shows depict that a man and woman cannot be just friends.


After that the show has gone downhill. first Suraj sending her away, now this Bulbul drama. I normally love kids but I wonder why her parents can't give her a good spanking! Doesn't this girl have school or friends to play with. If so she would not have time to constantly think about the 'baby'. kids have to be taught that they can't have everything in life. ankit and his wife should have taught her this. How on earth could they think of accepting another person's kids? How could suraj think of giving away one baby? They are twins and are living in related families' homes. Won't they meet and realise whose kids they are! They are twins...who will probably look identical. The whole idea is crazy and stupid. I wonder who thought of this dragging track! 😵


What can I say about Sandhya beendhni! A sensible, educated, matured officer starts behaving childish during pregnancy. I actually wished to see her balancing pregnancy and career. I wish they had shown her going to work and dealing with those pressures too but no. once she became pregnant, she seemed to be on a 9-month maternity leave! There's no mention of her office and career. She has become an ideal bahu and wife. How regressive! We are in the 21st century damn it! What are they showing!
