Ragini notices something strange in a car. Suhaani tied up and gagged sees grease on the floor of the car. She uses the grease to write HELP on car's glass. The car leaves, Ragini tells Aman what she had seen. They both chase the car.
Ragini remembers that she had seen the girl in the washroom in Karan's restaurant. She tells Aman this. A truck blocks them and Aman misses the car. Aman gets off the car and asks a courier guy standing near a van about the car. (He's none other than the guy who had begged Neil to operate on his wife) He gives strange look, but tells Aman he didn't notice any such car. Aman and Ragini leave, then the guy opens the van and pulls Suhaani out. He drags and locks her in a godown. He tells Suhaani that that he wants revenge against her dad. He puts a tape on her mouth and leaves.
The courier guy gets into the same car in which he had initially brought her and drives off. Aman and Ragini see him leaving. They go into the godown and search. They locate Suhaani. Aman unties her ropes. Suhaani desperately tries to talk to Ragini but there's a tape on her mouth (why can't Aman take that tape off first )
Suddenly the kidnapper arrives and points a gun at them. He tells Aman and Ragini that the girl's dad was the cause of his wife's death. Aman asks the kidnapper who's the girl's father. The guy doesn't name him. He's about shoot when Suhaani pushes a drum at him and the kidnapper falls down. He recovers, picks up his gun and threatens to shoot.
Neil phones Ragini. Ragini gets the call, but the kidnapper asks Ragini not to answer the call. Suhaani tries to run away and the kidnapper shoots! Ragini and Aman are shocked.
Neil and Nivedita come to Ragini's house and ask Ragini's mom about her. Ragini's mom says she must have gone to the hosp. Neil tries Aman's number. Agam tells Neil that he's trying Suhaani's number but she's not answering and Pam is also not telling him anything. Arav sees Neil and tells him that he had come to meet him and Nivedita had sent him off. Neil tells Arav that he's stuck with something. He goes out to try Amans number. Arav is upset.
Ragini scolds the kidnapper for shooting an innocent girl. The kidnapper shoots himself dead. Aman phones an ambulance. Suhaani is rushed to the hospital. She's operated upon and the bullet is taken out.
Neil reaches the hospital and asks Aman what happened. He tells her that they had just witnessed a kidnapped girl being shot. Neil asks Nivedita to remain in the reception while he goes to meet Ragini.
In Ragini's cabin he tries to console an upset Ragini. Ragini tells Neil that he can never understand her. She tells him how horrible the scene was. Neil asks her why she's so upset over a girl who's a total stranger. Ragini says it's just humanity. She tells Neil to come and have a look at the girl and drags him to the ICU holding him by the hand. (Nivedita watches) . Neil looks at Suhaani through the glass and gets the shock of his life.

Precap: Neil tells Ragini that doctors are human beings too and maybe the girl's dad would have performed the operation if he knew this would be the consequence... sometimes they have to make compromises etc etc
