CHAPTER-2

Was he less??? That she came too??

Recap- Jodha decides to join college in Mumbai... And drops the idea of joining college in Bangalore .Jodha steps on the glass pieces... and got hurt.

"I need to see a doctor... It's urgent"

Receptionist- "Sir you need to fill the form first"

Jalal- "Can't you see the condition of the patient?? Already heavy blood loss has taken place..."

Receptionist- "But sir ... There are certain rules and regulations of a hospital. Which you need to follow.

Jalal-(trying to control his anger) "I don't think any rules and regulations are much more important than attending a patient."

A crowd has been gathered around the reception to look over what's going on...

"What's going on here?? It's a hospital sir. You are not allowed to shout and scream like this. By the way I am Dr Atul Gupta. What's the problem??"

Jalal- "Actually my wi... (He abruptly catch hold his tongue) I mean my friend just injured her right feet. Can you just quickly examine her?? Already lot of time has been wasted here...

Doctor- Yah! Just come along with me...

Doctor examines Jodha

*Jalal at Reception*

Jalal-"Ok... now I can fill up the form"

Receptionist-"Sorry sir, but please understand my problem too... It's my duty... I am bound to it.

Jalal- "No a... It's ok... I think, I also over reacted ... I should have acted calmer and patiently... even I am s...orry for it."

Jalal fills the form while filling the form ... he comes across the detail where he had to fill the relation with the patient. Now, he was hell confused ... about what should he write?? Should he write the truth or something else?? After having a long battle in his mind. He write "FAMILY FRIEND as he does not want a pure and innocent soul like her to became a part of this glam and fake world. He wanted to keep her life simple... at least not more complicated than at present... Her desire to live a normal life she used to live before was now in his "to do list" which he had to accomplish. Like a good son-in-law he wanted to fulfill the promise which he gave to her parent's i.e.

To protect her from all evil.

"Sir Form" a famine voice came which snapped out Jalal from his thoughts...

"Oh! I am sorry... Yeah! Here it is... thanks"

"My pleasure sir"

"Sir Pen"

"Oh! Yeah!! Sorry"

"Is she fine now??"Inquire the worried Jalal

Doctor-"yah!! She is fine I have done the dressing... She needs to change the dressing after every alternate day. And here are some medicines which she need to take on time. Take care...

Jalal-"Thank you Doctor"

Doctor- "One more thing' I have given her injections and some pain killers. So, due to that she is sleeping. Nothing to worry you can take her home in few hours.

Jalal saw Jodha with her right feet bandaged... and she was in a deep slumber.

Jalal (to himself) isn't she looks more beautiful while sleeping peacefully... and the best part of this moment is her bak bak... button is off. Otherwise my chatter box oops!! I mean Ammi's darling chatter box never stops, she just goes on ... and on...speaking... speaking...How adorable and cute she looks right now. Oh! Jalal want are you thinking?? Have you gone crazy??It's not right...

Jalal(worried)- "I am really worried ... What if Ammi comes to know in London that in her absence I was not able to take care of her darling daughter- in - law."

Mirza-"Don't worry Bhaijaan there are still 2 weeks left... for her to come back. Till then Bhabhijaan would get well"

Jalal-"I know that but what if this chatter box tells her?? What if she tells her parents about this?? Though all this was her mistake only... But she is not gone accept na... she can even say that I placed the broken glass pareses there..."

Mirza- "No... Bhaijaan she won't do that ... She is not that bad as you think so..."

Busy with their own conversation they both did not notice that Jodha was already awake and was listing to their conversation... and boiling in anger.

Jalal(annoyed)- oh! Hoo... hello??? You are my bro or hers?? Why are you taking her side?? Is she blackmailing you with something?? Come on... tell me..?? Now I even increased your pocket money. Now what complain do you have from me??? Taking side that too... of that melodrama queen..."

Jodha(in extra sweet voice)-" Don't worry my dear husband. This daughter -in-law is very responsible and loves her Hamida ma a lot. I won't tell her anything. She would get worried otherwise...and she has gone there to take care of her sister. I won't disturb her. And I won't even tell my parents already they have lots of problems in their life and all the credit goes to you..."

Jalal- "oh! Really?? You are not going to tell them?? I am really surprised. I don't know want good deed I have done today that Allah has shown so much mercy on me...Otherwise you don't leave any stone un turn to show down me... all though all this happen because of your stubbornness."

Jodha-" Mr Mohammad I don't want to insult you in a hospital and disturb other patients. I am quite well now ... Can we go back home??

Jalal(Just trying to be came)-Yeah!! Sure even the hospital staff won't be able to bear you... If you stay here...

Jodha(sarcastically)-ha..ha.. Very funny...

Jodha tries to balance herself and started walking...But would not balance herself and was about to fall when Jalal managed to save her...and holds her... they had long eye lock up...

Their eye lock up broke as Mirza enters the room

Mirza (to himself) -oops! Wrong timing Mirza...

Jalal- Ha bolo Mirza

Mirza-"Bhaijaan discharge papers are ready... we can take bhabhijaan home now".

Jalal "ok"

Jalal help Jodha ... and gives her support ... so that she can balance while waking...

Soon they reached khan mansion

*In Hamida s Room*

Jalal-" Today I will sleep here ... As I have to take care of you"

(This is the first time after marriage they were sharing the same room)

Jodha-"No ways...I am not a small kid I can take care of myself..."

Jalal-" I know how responsible you are... All this happened because of you only..."

Jodha-"stop!! Blaming me again...and again...it was all because of you... you made me angry..I lost my temper and in frustration only by mistake I step on glass pieces. If you would have allowed me to go to Bangalore this wouldn't happened.

Jalal(frustrated)-"

Oh! Yeah how can I forget that whatever happens to you ... that's all because of me na... Always I am the culprit ... and from tomorrow onwards you will even say that you sneezed even because of me..."

Jodha had no further arguments and had her medicines

Jodha-"you can now go to your room"

Jalal-"No I won't... you are my responsibility especially in Ammijaan's absence.

Jodha-"can't you understand??"

Jalal-" why can't you??"

Jalal knew there was no way to shut her up... she won't listen to him... that easily... instead of fighting she needs rest as she is not well...Now Jalal was going to do something... which he don't want to..but he had no other option left.

Jalal comes closer to her... Jodha looked at him surprisingly... Jalal held her by shoulder and... Looking at her and her highly kissable lips. For a moment, Jodha thought that he would now shout at her. But before she could ponder up further... He covered her lips with his .She was Shocked. He bit her lips and sucking out her breath and grabs her hands and lock it behind her, holding it tight .His mouth was warm, the caress of his lips softer than she could have imagined. He tasted tentatively with his tongue, and Jodha couldn't say anything...

Jodha was hell shocked after this... She wanted to speak up...But words were stuck in her mouth. She felt that her whole body was numm...

*Flashback*

"Do you love your family?? Do you want them to be happy?? Silly girl... you don't know about my power... I can make your parents jobless, homeless...they will be on streets, because of you...come on...think about your brother's future...about his education...How can you be so selfish??you will get much better facilities in Mumbai...better lifestyle...Etc Etc... I will even allow you to get further education. You only need to marry me that's all..."

(In sobbing voice)-"I need sometime..."

"I am a very busy man...i make crores in fraction of seconds...don't waste my precious time...YES or NO??? Come on... say fast...just say yes.. You don't have any other option either.."

(In sobs) "y...es..."

"Great"

*Flashback ends*

Jalal-"Hey! Where were you lost??(with a smirk playing on his lips) Thinking about the kiss???

Jodha (almost in tears)-Just go away... from here...you Jallad... I hate you...

Jalal(with a smirk)-you have not left option for me yaar...vasa I did not have that bad kiss ever in my life...I am sleeping on couch, you sleep on bed and and take some rest...Good night( and he winks at her)

Though Jalal had the best ever kiss which he can have in his life...

Jodha laid on bed crying and cursing him... She didn't realise when sleep took over her...as natural effect of medicines over her...

On the other hand, Jalal was not able to sleep he was busy thinking about the beautiful moment wish just passed...

Jalal(to himself) -Oh! Finally I got the chance to feel her highly kissable bow shaped lips...They are more soft than I thought and she just taste as sweet as nector.I wanted to feel them from the time I glance them for the first time...( a naughty smirks kisses his lips) Oh! Man not again.. just go to sleep you have a busy day ahead...

As soon as day broke... and sunlight falls on her perfect designed face, Jodha opens her big doe like eyes and gets up.

She had a quick glace on couch to check whether he was there or not...she took a sigh of relief...

A maid enters in the room. She was in her mid- forties.

"Madam I am here to help you today" with a gentle simile

Jodha(with a smile) "Oh! Thank you so much"

Jodha quickly went for a bath and after finishing the her Kanhas pooja she sat on her bed. Suddenly she saw Jalal approaching towards her room while talking on hone.

Jodha (to herself)- Agaya Jallad khika...Ab agar yeh mera pass aya na to mai asa thapar maru gi ki yaad rakha ga...(if this cruel devil again dares to come close to me na ... then I will surely give him a tight slap)

Jalal(with a sly smile)- "Good morning Jodha. How are you?? Had a good sleep??Feeling much better?? Thinking about last night??"

Jodha(annoyed)-Just shut up!!

Jalal-" You had your medicines na...??"

Jodha-" hmm..."

Jalal-"Breakfast?"

Jodha-"yes see..."(showing him empty utensils on the side table)

Jalal-Good . I am really busy today so, I will meet you at night.(with a smirk on his face)and sleep here only...bye

Jodha-"Good you won't meet me whole day bye... never come back ..."

Jalal leaves in a haste...

Mirza comes in the room to know about Jodha's well being...

Mirza - "Good morning bhabhijaan"

Jodha- "Good morning "

Mirza-"How are you feeling now??"

Jodha-"Much better...by the way is there something special today?? I mean everyone seems to be so busy..."

Mirza-"Oh! So you are talking about the preparation going on...these all are for tonight's party"

Jodha-"party?? Which party??"

Mirza-oh! You don't know about it?? Bhaijaan did not tell you about this??Actually every year bhaijaan host a party for his employees .As he feels their part is much required stress buster and it's also his way to thanks his employees and show them his gratitude towards them , for being the part of his company.

Jodha(amazed)-"ok... so who all are called ?? I mean apart from employees??"

Mirza-"As it is not completely formal party so , even calls his friends and some family members. You know this time he even allowed some of my friends too... I need to go for shopping ... so I will see soon... bye

Jodha-"yeah! You go bye"

Jodha (to herself)-oh! This Jallad has kept a part tonight...It's been so...long I haven't attend a party. Even I want some masti(fun) time for me...Actually the truth he can't see me happy anytime...he won't even allow happiness to enter in my life...Forget it Jodha...stop thinking about all this...this is only your fate ,this what destiny has decided for you .All will be enjoying the part downstairs...and I will be sitting here and get bore. Plus thanks to my foot injury, If I like to go out and check I can't do that even. I can't even check my FB account because that Jallad has even taken my mobile phone. Now I be surely gone to be bore here...May be he must have forget to invite be because of being busy. Come on... he does not need to invite me , after all I am his wife. But wait...not legally married. Hold on jo what are you thinking??? Have you gone nuts?? But...Now if he calls me for the party me na... I won't go... But I want go na... Even want to experience what it feels to go in lavish parties...

Jodha starts watching T.V. while surfing different channels ... But still her mind was occupied with the thoughts of party. After watching T.V. for a while She felt sleepy due to the doze of medicine and she finally doze off.

*Evening*

All the preparation for the party was done by now. The hall of Khan mansion was beautifully decorated. The food counter was laid up with mouth watering, delicious cushiness from all over the world. D.J. was also set up having all the hit number. Gradually as the time for the party was approaching... Guest starting coming... The starter was started being serving by the waiters.

*Jalal's room*

Jalal came out after having a quick shower. He started drying his dam hair .He looks at his well chiselled face in the mirror with a naughty smirk on his lips and he starts thinking about last night.. he snap out of his thoughts and realised that he was getting late for the party. He wore his Armani suit and then he set his brown long locks back with gel. He then put on his favourite cologne, wore his limited edition Rolex watch and shoes. He checks himself for the last time in the mirror.

"Perfect" and went downstairs.

Rukaiya -
Jalal's very close friend. She is so close to him that people thinks that Jalal and Rukaiya are in relationship. But all this is misconception as for Jalal she is just a GOOD FRIEND . Jalal takes care of her small small things while she just loves his money, fame and power. She even dreams of becoming Mrs mohammad. She knows about Jodha and Jalal's marriage because Jalal trust her a lot. She is jealous of Jodha and wants to teach her a lesson.

She enters in the party and hugs Jalal

"Hi Jalal"

"Hi Ruks"

"Looking smart and dashing like always"

"Thanks"

"Want to have a drink Ruks??"

"yeh! Sure"

"By the way where is your so called wife??"

"oh! You na... I can't bring her here... and she not well too.."

"What happen to her??"

"It's a long story... just leave it... you enjoy the party"

"ok as you say"

They both had their drinks and started enjoying the party.

and he was not able to say no to them and end up dancing with them...

Mean while Rukaiya went upstairs towards Jodha's room.She was drunk when towards Jodha's room and banged the door and went inside... Jodha was watching T.V. and was shocked to see her.She knew she was Jalal's so called friend and she has a cold behaviour towards Jodha from day one...

"What are you doing here??"

Rukiya in drunk state "You are asking me?? You have taken my place in this house, my Jalal from me, my rights and my power and asking me what I am doing here..."

Jodha-"You are drunk and don't know what rubbish you are speaking..."

Rukaiya-"oh! You think you are Jalal's wife then show me the truth about which you are proud off...(laughing evilly...)"

Now Rukiya went close towards her holds her by shoulders and shook her roughly...and tighten her grip by each passing second. Now it was hurting Jodha. Rukaiya slapped Jodha twice( P S-now plzz... don't kill me for this as it was demand of storyline... serial ma bhi to you all bare na... remember when Ruks slapped Jodha twice when she came to know that because of Jodha Jalal got attached by tiger...I am really sorry for this ... I am ready for eggs , tomatoes... Plzz... forgive me)

Rukiya push her and she falls on ground with a thud...

"Ahh..."

"you deserves this Jodha"

As Jodha was already injured she felt a shooting pain in her feet. He Weak body was not at all supporting her... She was trying hard to get up but was unsuccessful in that... Now her tender delicate body started aching... Now this time she screamed loud enough to be heard...

As Mirza was passing by...he heard Jodha screaming and went inside her room and was shocked to see the state of the two ladies. He knew he won't be able to handle the matter so it's better he should go to his Bhaijaan. He quickly went downstairs and whispered the whole seen to Jalal. As soon Jalal understood the situation without wasting a minute he runs upstairs...

He couldn't believe his eyes...He saw Jodha on floor shivering and suffering from a shooting pain which her face was depicting...And Ruks was nonstop shouting at her.

Jalal tried to came down Rukiya... But she was not in a mood to listen to him also... She was burning with jealous and with a desire to teach Jodha a lesson.

Now Jalal was confused whether to attend her friend or her better half??? Plus adding problems to the situation Mirza too... went to attend a phone call.

Jalal thought it would be better to send Rukiya out first .By now Rukiya was drained and exhausted. She was almost going to faint but Jalal holds her and carries her in his arms down stairs and asks his chauffeur to drop her at her home.

Then Jalal quickly went downstairs ...( By now the party was over and everyone went off...)He reached to Jodha's room almost breathless and sees that she is faint and have high temperature too...

He carries her in his arms and puts her carefully on the bed. Then he quickly calls up the doctor.

Doctor checks Jodha and tells Jalal that her injury got serious and due to being too stress up she got high fever. Doctor prescribes some medicine to Jodha and leaves...

Jalal ( to himself)- Oh ! God why...??? All this happened??? Were problems less in her life??? What if Ammijaan comes to know about this...

How can I be so irresponsible I should have cancelled this party and would have remained beside her. She was already injured and this high fever too... when this stupid Rukiya sneaked out of the party?? And what problem she has from her???And how will Jodha react?? How will I face her??Thank God Mirza informed me on time otherwise Allah know what verse would have happen. I hope she gets well soon ...

While thinking all this Jalal did not realise that he doze off beside her on the SAME BED.

Amazing chapter dear.loved the way jalal is taking care of Jo. Their first kiss wow. Hate ruks for slapping Jo but I thought jalal will slap ruks after seeing jo's condition . precap sounds interesting as Jo will file case on ruks . why is jalal angry on Jo .
