how wil dhruv regret his actions?

i wonder what will happen if suppose dhruv gets his attack now..im sure even though he has broken manik badly, if manik still hears of dhruv's attack, he will not give a single thought to go and rescue him..he will run to him despite his broken heart..maybe then that dhruv will realise the importance of manik in his life coz no one else was ever able to tackle his attacks before. dhruv will definitely realise how much manik loves him and how selfless he is..either cabir or nandini should go and tell dhruv how much pain manik had gone through when he was sacrificing nandini for dhruv..i mean who else will be able to do that..then dhruv will see how disgustingly he had reacted towards manik regarding his own love wheres the way manik reacted regarding his love was that he had sacrificed his love, his life, his light in the cold dark world he is living in just and just to see dhruv happy.
