I watched today's episode out of sheer habit. And because KV is still featured in it. But I can't unsee the spiralling downfall that is SaHil. But I can't help but watch.
Jannat/ Sanam is childlike in her innocence. She put complete trust in this brave stranger who protected her from the angry mob. He said she was Jannat and she was his wife. So she believed him.
In her absolute terror of not knowing anything, and then being chased by men intent on killing her, she is very traumatized. She clings onto him, not noticing his aloofness, and awkwardness with her.
She does feel like someone who loves her a lot, is looking for her. And she assumes it is Shaad. Never mind that he shows only the slightest of concern and that too at an arm's length.
<If it were your real husband Jannat, he would be holding you so tight and telling you all the details your blank mind wants to know...>

But Shaad delays telling her the actual scheme of things, fearing her condition. But she sees a picture of Liaqat, and tells Shaad she saw him being shot.
Shaad is shocked and tries to shout and shake her into remembering. But she has no further information than :he has no thumb in one hand. And with that, he calls an army superior across the border and a joint mission is sanctioned with India. Easy Peasy
Meanwhile, Chidiya locks herself in a cage, pretending to be a victim of the same people who took and killed Sanam. Aahil is truly tortured.
It feels like a race to the finish line. Shaad coming to India. And Aahil retracing what may have happened to Sanam.
I can't tell you guys how irrelevant Chidiya and her nonsense looks right now. If I disliked her before, now she's downright revolting. How am going to continue watching negativity getting its way , knowing the ultimate end may not be happy?
