no he doesn't feel for ayesha in the same way he use to, he is not feeling the same pain as before, because he has moved on and has started loving prachi, but he still cares for ayesha, and he has still not fully realised his love for prachi!

I feel yesterday's episode is giving out mixed signals. The scene with Ayesha wasn't right somehow....first of all, it didn't gel with the urgency Milind showed over prachi's wounds. He should have gone to prachi first and applied the lape...that was his intention.
The fact he got distracted by Ayesha says a lot. He does tell her that when she's in pain so is he! What does that tell you? And the fact that he's still at the same place she left him...meaning he still feels the same.
His following introspection is a contradiction...and confusing...he says the opposite of what he told Ayesha.
Either the scriptwriters forgot the earlier scene or is deliberately confusing the audience to keep us and probably Ayesha guessing!

Thats what even i was thinking.. Why did he go 2 ayesha first?😳 It didnt seemed right.. Pehle i was thinking ayesha is actually dreaming all this..😳
