Chapter 74

Sanyukta locked the door and then stormed back towards Randhir, facing him, her body shaking with anger. He looked pissed off too.

"You asshole," she repeated, grabbing the front of his shirt tightly with both hands and pulling him towards her. "How dare you?"

He grabbed her hands from his shirt and threw them off, before grabbing her arms tightly and squeezing them. He shook her hard.

"How dare I what Sanyukta?" he snarled. "How dare I what?"

"How dare you cheat on me!" she yelled.

He brought his face so close to hers and violently said through gritted teeth, "I could be asking you the same question."

"Meaning?" she asked, sounding offended.

"You very well know you cheated me into this marriage, even if we forget what you did with Rehaan back in FITE. This marriage was without my knowledge," he told her, dropping his voice to a vehement whisper.

"That doesn't give you the right to go around sleeping with other girls!" Sanyukta said angrily.

"It gives me the right to do whatever I want to do... and for your information Sanyukta, I have not hid it from you. Unlike you... who tried to hide your relation with Rehaan," he snarled angrily.

"f**king asshole," she said again. "You're looking for excuses. You know... I know you f**king know what really happened between me and Rehaan."

He pulled her so close that his breath lingered over her lips.

"Yes I do know, but that doesn't mean I'll forgive you," he told her, his voice a mere whisper.

"I hate you," she told him coldly. "I hate you. You're a f**king bas***d. You're a jerk."

He let go of her and she stumbled backwards. Turning around, he grabbed his coat and was about to put it on, when she ran after him and grabbed the coat from his hands before throwing it on the ground.

"Talk to me!" she yelled angrily.

"I don't want to talk to you. Don't interfere in my life Sanyukta. You have no right to. I have no interest in you, I have told you that enough times," he told her, refusing to look at her.

"Oh yeah? Why did you tell me you loved me last night then?" she asked him, getting more fed up.

"Because I do love you," he said simply. "But I hate you more."

She was so angry.

"I hate you even more than you hate me, f**king cheat," she snarled, punching his arm as hard as he could.

He looked at her with an amused expression.

"That's it?" he asked with a cocked eyebrow.

She raised her hand and slapped him so hard that it left a red mark on his cheek. This angered him, this angered him a lot.

"How dare you?" he growled, and in one swift movement, he grabbed her arms and threw her backwards. Her back hit the wall so hard that it was probably red.

She winced in pain.

He ran over to her and pressed her further against the wall, his eyes holding nothing but anger - the last time she had seen him like this was when he found out about the Rehaan incident back in FITE.

"I f**king hate you," she told him angrily. "Get off me."

"You hate me? You've seen nothing Sanyukta," he said, his eyes red, his body shaking with anger.

He pressed his lips against hers so hard, so forcefully, that she gasped.

"Let go," she tried to say, but his tongue had already invaded her mouth.

She tried to push him off, but he was too strong for her.

Finally, removing his lips from hers, he wiped the back of his mouth with his hand and grabbed her by the hair before throwing her on the bed.

"You've seen nothing," he repeated darkly, and Sanyukta saw a side to him that she hadn't seen for years.

Chapter 75

He covered her body with his on the bed, and he started to claw at her clothes, pulling the sleeve of her kurti down, trying to expose as much of her shoulder as he could.

"Stop!" she screamed angrily. "Don't touch me!"

"You're my wife right? If you have the right to control me, I have the f**king right to touch you however I f**king want to," he snarled, then he pressed his lips against her exposed shoulder, biting down on the skin hard, causing her to wince in pain again.

"That hurts!" she yelled.

"Good," he said.

"Leave me alone," she repeated.

"I won't," he replied.

"I want a divorce!" she yelled, sounding irritated, as his hands slipped under her kurti top and slid up her stomach to grab her breasts.

"Shut up," he snarled.

"No," she said stubbornly, still trying to push him off her.

Then he kissed her forcefully again.

"Arrrmphhh," she said against his lips, trying to yell.

She bit down on his lip hard so that he yelped in pain.

"Jerk," she spat out. "This is illegal."

"I don't f**king care what the law says," he responded angrily. "In this relationship I create the f**king law."

"At least Rehaan was better than you," she snarled, knowing that what she would say was going to piss him off more... yet still saying it.

She watched as his red eyes turned even darker.

He grabbed her throat so tightly that she was struggling to breathe.

"Rehaan was better?" he asked, his tone so dark that it scared her.

She wasn't going to give in.

"Yes," she managed to breathe out.

He let go of her neck and grabbed her shoulders, pulling her body up on the bed. He grabbed her hair and pulled so tight.

"Ouch!" she screamed.

"Rehaan was better?" he asked again.

"Yes! He wasn't abusive!" she screamed.

"Oh yeah? You haven't f**king seen abuse," he snarled again.

She pushed him backwards on the bed and climbed on top of him now. Bringing her face dangerously close to his she looked him in the eye angrily.

"You think I'm going to sit here and take all your crap?" she asked, and smacked his chest hard.

Then she slapped him across the face again.

"You bitch," he said angrily, and rolled them over so that he was on top of her again.

He started to unbuckle his belt with Sanyukta still struggling from beneath him.

"I hate you," she said. "You bas***d. You cheating, lying asshole."

"f**king wh**e," he said again. "You slept with Rehaan."

"I did it for you, you f**king ungrateful bas***d," she said, digging her nails into his neck.

Chapter 76

"I don't care who you did it for... you slept with Rehaan you dirty wh**e," he said again.

"f**k... he was blackmailing me," she screamed, her eyes turning red and glossing over with tears now.

"I know, I f**king know he was blackmailing you," Randhir told her angrily. "He told you that he would ruin my relationship with my mom right? That he would show her proof that I wanted to kill her f**king fiance?"

She nodded from beneath her, always knowing that he knew the truth... he just never accepted it.

"You knew," she said angrily, "And you always blamed me. You were always so angry at me!"

"Because instead of f**king confiding in me and telling me what he was f**king saying, you just went and slept with him? So easily?" he asked angrily.

"Yes," she said, struggling to breathe. "Because I was scared that he would hurt you."

"I don't care why," he said angrily. "We were in a good relationship, we were happy together Sanyukta. We were already dreaming of getting married and having kids and... here you didn't think it was right to tell me what Rehaan was blackmailing you with?"

Then he lifted his body off hers, and she noticed the pain in his eyes. She noticed his eyes tear up, and her heart ached. Her eyes teared up too.

"Sorry," she whispered.

"It wasn't easy seeing that MMS," he said painfully.

"It was so hard going through with it," she told him, touching his cheek gently. "I'm sorry Randhir."

"I wanted to kill him," he replied, sounding upset.

"I did too," she whispered. "I'm sorry."

Chapter 77

She rested her head on his chest and listened to his heart beating. He held her against him protectively.

"I hated you after that," he told her, sounding upset. "I went completely crazy. I couldn't handle it."

"I felt so dirty," she replied truthfully. "Randhir I felt so disgusted with myself. I wanted to kill myself... but... but Vidhushi was there for me. Without her I might have even killed myself."

"She was the one who told me the truth," Randhir admitted. "But by then I had already drilled it in my head that you were at fault. And you are at fault. You think you're some great hero, doing things by yourself?"

"I isolated myself from the world Randhir... I just ran away, far away from everyone," she said to him.

"You were forced into this Sanyukta... it was rape. Why didn't you ever report it?" he asked her, stroking her cheek.

"I was scared," she admitted. "I didn't want the word to get out... I didn't want him to ruin your relationship with your mom. My parent's disowned me. I told my mom and dad what happened with me... my dad told me to get out. My honour was gone."

He kissed her forehead.

"I still can't forgive you," he told her seriously, but she held on to him more tightly.

"Randhir, you should have been there for me," she sobbed, tears falling from her eyes onto his chest. "You should have been there to hold me tight and tell me you still loved me. Instead, you left me alone and I was left alone. I just left."

"I was alone too," he told her. "I couldn't forget you. No amount of alcohol or girls could erase my memory of you."

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you," she told him, knowing that she was at fault too.

"We would have come up with a solution," he told her painfully. "But instead you just went and slept with him."

He wiped his eyes and then turned to face her, looking shocked at what his mind had just thought of.

"What if you were looking for an excuse to sleep with him and this was the perfect opportunity? So this was all an excuse?" he asked her, sounding horrified.

Her mouth dropped open at what he had just suggested.

"What the f**k?" she said angrily again. "How dare you?"

Chapter 78

"I can't believe how cheap you are," she said through gritted teeth.

"You were the one who was just advertising how good Rehaan was," he snapped at her, and her heart sunk, knowing he was right.

She snuggled into his arms and let her lips brush over his jawline.

"That was to piss you off," she whispered.

He held her tightly against him and kissed the top of her head.

"I knew you were following me," he admitted after a few moments of silence.

"Huh?" Sanyukta asked.

"I knew you were following me. I knew you would... that's why I did all this, to get a reaction out of you," he admitted.

"You're so mean," she said bitterly.

"That doesn't mean that I think what I was doing was cheating," he warned. "I don't consider it anything in front of what you did."

"Okay fine, I'm at fault. Happy?" she asked, irritated now. "Can we just forget everything and be together, and be happy?"

"No," Randhir said simply.

"Why not?" she asked, annoyed.

"Because, I'm just as stubborn as you are," he told her, stroking her cheek. "By the way, you are so predictable Sanyukta."

"Predictable?" she asked, annoyed.

"Yes," he replied. "I knew you'd show up here."

"Are you sure you don't want to leave the past behind?" she asked with a pout, "I'm getting sick and tired of this Randhir."

He shook his head.

She climbed over his body, sitting on his crotch and leaned down towards him, her lips brushing over his softly.

"Are you sure?" she asked him seductively.

He tucked her hair behind her ear and captured her lips with his, kissing it softly... affectionately.

"Did I hurt you?" he asked, breaking the kiss momentarily. "I'm sorry."

"Yes," she nodded, and pouted.

"Stop doing that," he warned.

"What?" she asked, sounding confused.

"Being so cute," he responded softly and kissed her again, catching her by surprise, but filling her stomach with butterflies.

Chapter 79

She clutched his shirt in her hand and leaned into him as much as she could.

"This is so stupid," she told him, glancing up into his eyes.

"I agree," he responded after a few moments of silence.

"Look at us," she replied, "We always end up being like this Randhir. We fight and we just go back to this, holding each other... then we go back to fighting, does that even make sense?"

"No," he responded.

"Then why don't we just forget the past and move on and be happy?" she responded. "I'm sorry for what I've done, and I promise you... I won't hide anything from you again. Three years of painful separation was more than enough to teach me that."

"I'm sorry for being a jerk," he responded finally and kissed her forehead. "Sanyukta it may take some time to put my mind to rest though."

"You can take all the time you need Randhir, I'll be here patiently waiting for you, and trust me I won't go anywhere," she told him sincerely.

"I always ask myself why I love you so much, then you give me a thousand reasons why," he replied with a sigh.

She kissed the exposed skin between his buttons.

"I love you," she replied with a soft smile. "You know, we're in this for life whether we accept it or not... think about how strange it is that after three years, how we unexpectedly crossed paths."

"Yeah, I guess," he responded, closing his eyes, as if he were in deep thought. "Sanyukta I don't want to fight anymore either. I'm tired, I'm tired of it all."

"And I'm tired too," she replied. "I just want to love you now. There's no more room in my heart to hate you."

"You have your whole life to love me now," he replied with a smile.

"So... are we leaving behind our past?" she asked him.

He smiled and nodded.

"Yes," he said happily.

"Yes?" she asked, sounding like she didn't believe it.

"Yes," he confirmed.

"I love you," she said to him.

"I love you too," he responded with a smile.

They were silent for a few moments before Randhir spoke, bringing back tension to the room.

"I don't want you to work," he said, causing her to sit up on the bed angrily.

Chapter 80 (Last Chapter)

He sat up on the bed too and watched as she started to fume with anger.

"You MCP," she said angrily.

"You won't ask for the reason?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

She looked at him with a confused expression before relenting.

"Fine, what's the reason?" she scoffed, as if any reason was a good one to not work.

"I don't want you to work because I want to spend as much time as possible with my beautiful wife," he said and raised his hand to cup her cheek, causing her to blush.

"We'll get bored," she told him in response.

"Yes... so who said I don't want you to ever work? I'm talking about a week or two. I want you to stay with me. We'll go somewhere. How does Greece sound?" he asked her.

"Greece?" she asked and her mouth dropped open.

"Yes, Greece. Greece and Italy... we'll tour the whole area. Are you interested? If not... I can always go alone, and who knows how many girlfriends I may have there," he said with a smirk.

She hit his arm hard.

"You're just saying that to annoy me," she said and then leaned into him, hugging him tightly.

"Honeymooning in Greece and Italy," she said in a dreamy tone. "I always wanted to go there."

"Why else would I choose such lame places?" he asked, rolling his eyes. "If I had it my way I would have chose Hong Kong, China and Japan."

"Hong Kong? China? Japan?" Sanyukta asked, scrunching her nose. "Why go there when you can go to Greece and Italy?"

"Maybe because the technology there is so advanced and the worth of..." he started but Sanyukta pulled her body back and glared at him telling him to shut up.

"Don't be stupid... honeymoons are for beautiful, calm places... not for technologically advanced places. But fine, we'll go for our second honeymoon there," she responded.

He smirked.

"If you don't want to go... you know I can go alone and..." he started.

"Don't even bring up other girls again," she said cutting him off and glaring at him. "I get it men think of sex as no big deal, but there is this rule if you want to be my husband... you sleep with only me, you think of only me, you buy only me flowers, you..."

"Talk with only you?" he asked, sounding offended.

"If it comes down to that, then yes!" she said possessively.

"You're so cute," he said with a smile.

He felt light all of a sudden - it hadn't been that hard to let go of his inner demons, he just had to give it a chance. It was always the first step that was the hardest to take. The ones that followed were as easy as they could be.

"You're not nice," she pouted. "Don't talk about other girls in front of me... I get jealous."

"Jealous?" he asked with a smirk. "More reason to..."

"Shut up," she responded and picked up a pillow before hitting him with it.

He grabbed her hands and pushed her down on the bed, pinning her arms on either side of her body.

"Make me," he said flirtatiously.

She blushed and he leaned down and kissed her warm cheek.

"I'll be faithful to you, I promise," he whispered into her ear, making her heart leap.

She wrapped her hands around his neck and pulled him closer, shivering with pleasure at the close proximity.

"I love you," she responded, closing her eyes as his lips brushed over her earlobe and travelled down her jawline.

He then lifted his face and looked into her deep brown eyes playfully before leaning forward and capturing her lips with his in a soft kiss.

"I surrender," he whispered after breaking the kiss, sending waves of pleasure throughout her body. "I'm all yours."

"All I have is you anyways," she responded with a smile, and brought his head back down with her hands so she could kiss him more passionately.
