Ashish was supposed to be team captain but Neha takes over. Ashish basically lets himself be pushed aside and then doesn't put his foot down to say "No, I'm the team captain not you Neha so what we are going to do is this..."

I can totally understand and relate to that. There have been times during group work where someone takes over and I'm left to do so basic things.

Ya u r right. Actually mera 1st 5 min ka show gaya tha, so meko pata nahi tha ki who is the captain. I directly started watching the episode when every1 was deciding wat to cook. At that time, neha was writing on a ppr and also deciding some stuff and ashish baju mai khada tha, at that time i thought neha was the captain, but after sometimes when vikas came he told ashish that neha is looking as the captain and not u. After hearing this i was surprised that ashish is the captain..??? but aisa kuch dikh nahi raha tha. Agar ashish captain tha than y neha was bossing around, y she was taking the decision. I think next time, agar ashish captain bana, then he shud see to it, that no one shud take his captainship rights, and also he shud not allow any1 to dominate him in taking decisions, jaise neha decisions le rahi thi. He shud take his own decisions in a team work as a captain.

Ya u r rite. Shayad, ashish khud ko dominate karne deta hai. He lets some1 take his decisions which is not good. He shud not allow any1 to take his decisions as a captain. I hope m talking some sense.

Actually both Ashish and Vijay were not working like Captains- Neha in red team and Bhakti in blue team took over.😕

I think by now everybody knows each others weaknesses and so Neha probably didnt trust Ashish and felt she could be in danger zone if she doesnt take over.

Dont know whether he would have been a good leader,but I dont think he was confident enough, he actually was saying this time if his team didnt win, everybody will blame him.

Both the male members seem to have lack of confidence in them.. and also they don't have leadership quality as of now. Hope they can get enough confidence to lead a business in future after finishing the contest, (only winning the competition doesn't matter as there will only be one winner)
