Would it be so easy for him to leave her as he promised her?
No, it wouldn't. But the destiny which bonded them, only did it to break their relation. Arnav Singh Raizada, who made his own destiny, now stood defeated before it in the most essential part of his life.
The certified playboy of the college, stood heartbroken in his love today. A topper was left without any solutions for the most important problem. Love changes anyone and everyone, and this story was no different.
Love says, let go of the person you love and if they come back they are all yours and if not, they were never yours. But something stopped Arnav from giving this chance to his love. Maybe it was the tinge of selfishness in him which stopped him or maybe he knew, that Khushi never wanted this to happen.
--FLASHBACK--
" You want to die, Arnav? Why did you tell me to come so early? You know right I have getting ready in the morning?" said Khushi, who was panting wearing a red lehenga.
It wouldn't be wrong to say, Arnav felt lethal attractions towards his best friend, who was dressed in his favorite color. Khushi could feel his penetrating gaze on her while she regulated her breaths.
She saw passion in his eyes, the eyes which always mesmerized her and the eyes in which she searched for love for her. She mentally shook herself and her thoughts, and told herself that she couldn't afford to lose control over her feelings all over again and hence she decided to break the reverie.
" I know I am beautiful! But no need of staring me like you never saw me, Arnav!" said Khushi, trying to sound chirpy.
" Is your teasing over? Now make a straight face and let us go inside! They must be waiting for us!" said Arnav, with a tinge of anger in his voice.
Khushi nodded as Arnav and Khushi walked in. Every pair of eyes, was startled by the chemistry the couple shared. Anjali and Mami, just hoped they marry each other in future, unaware of the fact that god answered their prayers even before they prayed for it.
Khushi went with a smile to Dadi and touched her feet asking for blessings. Dadi felt happy that her choice was the best in both traditions and beauty.
" Saubhagyavathi Bhava!" blessed Dadi, asking for a happy married life for her future granddaughter-in-law.
Khushi flinched at this blessing, that she was betraying a dying loving woman's feelings but she was doing all this for her love, and all was fair in love and war.
--FLASHBACK ENDS--
Their story was not a story of love but was a story of war between love and pain. If everything was fair in love and war, then why did so much of injustice happen to her love, and made her love a war of feelings.

Next Day, Shantivan

Khushi tried to ignore Arnav as much as possible, because his face and those eyes, never failed to make herself feel attracted to him. On the otherhand, Arnav was frustrated at this latest development from Khushi's end. He decided that he needs to talk to Khushi, and it was so important that her willingness didn't matter here.
Khushi was passing through a corridor looking for HP, who was supposed to assist in the preparation of Lunch. Suddenly a steel grip stopped her and pulled her inside a room. Before she could even shout, her mouth was covered by a rough manly hand.
" Don't Shout, Khushi! It's me, Arnav!" said Arnav, getting scared by the change of feelings in her eyes.
Khushi pushed his hand away from her mouth and said,
" What do you want to prove by doing this? How can you pull me like this? In fact what made you touch me? How could you think you would do this and I will not say anything?..." said Khushi only to be stopped by Arnav placing his finger on her luscious lips. Only if he could replace his lips with his finger. Concentrate Arnav...
" How much you speak, Khushi? I am sorry I pulled you suddenly but you seem so disinterested in me that even calling would prove vague! So I thought of doing this! Waise this is not the first time, I did this then why are you reacting so much? Scared of falling to my charms?" flirted Arnav.
How could I tell you that I already fell for those charms of your inner self, Arnav? thought Khushi but decided to speak up against her thoughts, yet again.
" Are the papers of annulment ready, Arnav?" asked Khushi, seriously.
How can I annul the feelings that engulfed my soul? How can I annul those bonds which bind me to you? How can I annul those memories which make me yours, Khushi?, thought Arnav, unaware that separation was destined for them.

Okay, let me clear this that their will not be a sad ending here! And many people are saying why are they behaving like this? They both are bound by certain things, things which are beyond our control, so they have no other way out than to do this!
