That is the title I gave as those were the words probably going through Aahil's mind right now.
We know what is coming up tomorrow will be tough, but the leap will happen so fast.. we will be tortured for 20 days as kv said. He said Sahil will be separated for 20 days. As we had predicted and is happening sanam has lost her memory. but i;m going to maintain my stance. Sanam is pregnant. There was a reason sanam and aahil consummated their marriage before sanam went missing.
Here are my thoughts...
1...Well as we see our sanam is now on the truck meant for seher. Seher has been knocked down by a truck as well. Dont worry guys. Seher will not die. I said it before i strongly believe the new guy will be eventually for seher. Just like how rehaan was first in love with sanam then seher, the same thing will happen. Also i think the new guy will end up being seher's guardian angel and help her fall in love again.
In terms of sahil. I have preached this for weeks. During the two months sanam is with the new guy he will take care of her while ill. She will be seen by a doctor who will inform them that she is pregnant. The new guy will refer to her as his wife so that she will be safe and not ill treated. Sanam will accept it but the new guy knows that as she is pregnant the baby's father is around. Aahil will find sanam in pakistan and will learn of her memory loss. He will try his best to prove his identity. He will prob have his wedding photo of them with him and show the new guy and sanam his identity. The new guy believes but sanam does not remember still. Aahil asks the new guy to return to Bhopal with him and sanam to help sanam feel safe as he, the new guy is the one sanam knows. This eventually happens. The new guy, in Bhopal will help sanam in adjusting with aahil being jealous. Eventually aahil decides to take authority in helping sanam remember. He tries reminding her of their baby talks and dream house and all their planned hopes and dreams. Only when later aahil kisses her the memories starts flooding back.

Actually, Sanam will end up in Pakistan, and rescued. She will be in hospital and be put in the coma for the 2 months. After the leap, the doctors would have discovered her identity as the Nawab of Bhopal's wife. Aahil is contacted and he rushes to the Pakistan hospital where Sanam is. Sanam is in a coma, and the doctors inform aahil of her condition. They also tell him of the baby. During her coma state, aahil talks to Sanam of his hopes and dreams for them. He tells her he is soo happy they are having a baby, and caresses her belly. He tells her he loves her and she is his beginning and his hand. After days of being vigil at her bed side, aahil kisses sanam and falls asleep. Eventually she wakens and calls out " Aahil"!
Seher on the other hand has been the one rescued by the pakistan officer. Due to the accident, Seher has no memory of who she is. The officer, who was on his way either to bhopal or back home, saves her and takes her with him. He nurses her back to health. He eventually falls in love with her and helps her find love again. Something however will trigger her memory and he will take her back to bhopal.
