Moving on from Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma has taken little time to recover and be happy again. The same however, can't be said for Ranveer. The actor, who confessed to Simi Garewal on her chat show that he had a crush on Anushka, when he saw her in Rab Ne bana Di Jodi, couldn't tolerate another star struck fan approaching the actress at a film's private screening recently. Calling Anushka his girlfriend', the actor stepped in between Anushka and her fan. He even asked the star struck boy to stay away from the actress if he valued his nose.

A source informed Mumbai Mirror, "It was the private screening of Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge at YRF Studios last Saturday. There was this guy who walked up to Anushka and told her that he had a crush on her when he saw Rab Ne... Anushka took it in the right spirit and jokingly asked whether he still had a crush on her. The guy hesitantly admitted that he did."

Explaining what angered Ranveer, the source added, "Though Anushka was enjoying the little chat, Ranveer sitting beside her got really angry. He told the guy, Mind your language, she is my girlfriend. I will break your nose.' Anushka's little fan did not back out so easily and shot back, My nose is strong enough. I don't think I can get scared.'"
