Episode 9

The three girls met up in the second bedroom; they were super angry.

"I can't believe she nominated both of you...that's so not fair..." Sia complained.

"Well she messed with the wrong group; we're going to get out of this..." Kruttika stated.

"Why did she even nominate us...her reason was stupid..." Sanaya added.

"Honestly I think she wants to backdoor me...so she used you guys...!" Sia groaned.

"Well that was a blow even for her." Kruttika was furious.

In the garden

Jey and Sami were hanging out talking about the nominations.

"Why would she nominate Sanaya...it's not like she's a threat;" Sami wondered.

"I don't know...maybe it's her way of getting to Sia..." Jey thought.

"It's a stupid plan..." Sami replied.

HOH room

"Our plan is in action!" Maya smiled.

"Yup...it doesn't matter if one of them gets off we will just put Zain or Sia on and then they will go..." Tej laughed.

"It feels good to be HOH..." Maya said.

Living room

Sami was hanging out with some of the guys and Sanaya walked by... Sami got up and followed her outside.

"Hey Sanaya..." he called, Sanaya carried on walking; clearly she was upset.

"Will you stop following me...why don't you just get it...I am not interested in you...leave me alone..." Sanaya walked away, Sami stood rooted to the spot.

Rey and Ayaan followed Sami outside, they had witnessed the scene.

"Dude...leave it man..." Rey put his hand onto Sami's shoulder.

Sami pushed past them and went back inside.

Later on

Maya came out from the diary room and called out to everyone.

"Let's gather in the living room...it's time to pick players for the Veto Competition," she said excitedly.

All of the houseguests gathered in the living room and waited for Maya to start her speech.

"It is time to pick players for the Veto Competition...the winner of the Veto will be able to keep the nominations the same or upset the balance of the house by saving themselves or their chosen contestants, forcing the head of household to choose a replacement nominee..." Maya informed everyone. "Can the nominees please join me..."

Sanaya and Kruttika stood up and joined Maya at the front.

"As head of household I will pick two houseguests to take part in the competition along with me and the girls..." Maya said; she placed her hand in a bag to pull out the names.

"Sami...and...Purvi..." Maya called as she pulled out their names. "Big Brother will inform us when it is time, for the veto competition."

Everyone wished the chosen contestants good luck.

The girls were in the second bedroom, they were discussing the Power of Veto competition.

"I think our only threat is Sami...if we can beat him...then we can save ourselves..." Kruttika stated.

"Or...even if Sami wins...you can use him to save you Sanaya..." Sia pointed out.

"What? I am not going to do that...I'm sorry...if I win I'm going to save myself...I don't expect him to save me okay..." Sanaya looked sternly at her.

Veto Competition

The activity area was set up for the veto competition, there were five poll boxes, and in front of them was a huge pond of wet mud, with two benches placed in the middle of the mud pond. On the opposite side had a huge sign saying Veto Elections.

The five contestants stood in their poll boxes.

"Hello houseguests, it's time for the Veto Election, the aim of the competition is each houseguests has to crawl through the mud, under the bench to get on the other side, whilst there you have to look for ballot, take it back to your poll station, open it there, according to the number you can either save it or discard it, after you have locked in four numbers you have to press the buzzer, the houseguests with the highest total, is the winner of the Power of Veto." A voice boomed.

The girls looked a little disgusted at having to crawl through mud. Sami took a deep breath, the buzzer beeped and all five contestants dived into the pool of mud, with Kruttika in the lead she searched around for the ballots...Sami was not far behind, with Purvi and Maya next and Sanaya trying her best not to throw up.

The game continued, Maya was the first to lock in her numbers, followed by Kruttika, Sami, Purvi and finally Sanaya.

The numbers were as followed;

Sanaya - 6.7.9.1 = 23

Kruttika - 3.6.4.5 = 18

Sami - 9.8.10.1 = 28

Purvi - 5.3.2.6 = 16

Maya - 6.7.4.5 = 22

"Congratulation Sami, you are the winner of the Power of Veto..." the voice boomed, everyone congratulated Sami on his victory.

In the first bedroom

The five guys were hanging out; they were talking about the POV...

"So what are you thinking Sami?...Are you going to use the Veto?" Ayaan questioned Sami.

"I don't know man..." Sami replied.

"Dude...I don't think you should use it...if you change the nomination that could put a target on your back and you don't need that..." Rey explained.

"Yeah true..." Sami agreed.

Later on

Jey, Purvi, Tej and Rashi were hanging out in the kitchen making food.

"Honestly if you ask me Maya isn't' even a strong contestant, she was literally struggling in the task..." Rashi said, Purvi and Jey looked at each other with raised eyebrows.

"If I was HOH I would nominate her, she talks a lot but no game..." Rashi continued.

"You might want to calm down Rashi...before someone overhears..." Jey warned her...

Tej walked out of the kitchen and made his way toward the HOH room.

Sami entered the house, he needed to talk to Sanaya at least once...he walked toward their room but the door was opened, he watched as the girls hung out...

Sanaya was upset...they all were, as they were thinking about what is going to happen in the Veto Ceremony. Sanaya looked up and saw Sami at the door. She was not going to ask him to use the Veto on her, it wasn't fair on him but the way he was looking at her with soft eyes, and maybe she was starting to like him.

Sami walked away making up his mind.

Tej entered the HOH room; luckily it was empty except for Maya.

"Hey what's up?" Maya asked him.

"I was just downstairs, Rashi been saying things about you..." Tej informed her.

"Seriously! Like what?" Maya questioned curiously.

"She was saying how you're all talk, basically you got lucky on this HOH competition and if she was HOH she would nominate you..." Tej replied.

"Really...she's so stupid...I told her saying things like this will get her into trouble!" Maya frowned.

"What are you going to do? She's making you her target..." Tej looked at her curiously.

"Honestly, she isn't much of a threat but let's see if her luck is with her..." Maya told him.

"Meaning?" Tej asked confused.

"If Sami uses the Veto it will be her bad luck...if he doesn't then it will be her good luck..." Maya replied smiling evilly.

Veto Ceremony

"It's time for the Veto Ceremony..." Sami informed the houseguests who were in the garden, everyone followed Sami into the living room, the houseguests sat on the couches while Sanaya and Kruttika sat on the chairs. Sami stood up and walked to the front facing the houseguest.

"This is the Veto meeting, Sanaya and Kruttika have been nominated, but I have the Power to Veto I can use on one of the nominations...I have decided to use the Veto...on Sanaya..." Sami placed the Veto medallion around Sanaya's neck himself, who thanked and hugged him. The guys were not happy.

"As I have used the Veto on one of your nominees...you have to name a replacement nominee..." Sami informed Maya.

Sami sat down and Maya stood up, everyone was a little shock to see her smiling.

"Rashi...I nominate you as a replacement nominee...I have warned you not to gossip about others...you have not only said things about me but about Sia and Rey also, so I hope you're the one out the house this week..." Maya told her.

Rashi stood up and sat in Sanaya's space next to Kruttika who was still recovering from what had just happened.

"This Veto meeting is adjourned..." Maya dismissed the contestants.

Everyone got up to meet Kruttika and Rashi, Rashi was still shocked that her game was out...
