In the promo. Snam doesn't have the vacant look that actors sport during memory loss tracks😆
S2 said she'll make Sanam so sick that she won't be able to stand on her own feet.In QH what the Vamps say,they make it happen.
I'm guessing Sanam will be sick fo ra long time and will be thwarted in her attempts to reach Ahil by the witch&others.she might be faking marriage for staying Pakistan and this guy helps her.
That's the version that's running in my head.
The new guy has Rehan written all over him.I hope he ends up with Sehar/ one of Ahil's sisters.
