@bold: Yes, he never loved Gopi but he has never loved any woman for that matter who came to his life. He was ready to marry Radha not because he fell for her but because it was Kokila's decision.

@bold red: Yes, Ahem was ready to marry Radha but under what circumstances? How can Radha claim that Ahem is hers when she knows that Ahem belongs to Gopi from first? She had obtained him out of deceit. She had created a rift between Ahem & Gopi by keeping Meera out of their lives. She was building her house on Gopi's ashes and by doing this she wouldn't have flourished with him if she had married him. She was not wrong in saying that but she did all these BS things and talks all rubbish.

I once again saw the repeat. It was also the cops fault who told that Meera might be dead & the stupid Modis believed that especially Kokila. Initially ahem did not believe & was ready to search Meera all by himself but he was stopped by the Modis.

Yes ahem is always under circumstances ..he married gopi for koki leaving anita and about to marry Radha for koki forgetting gopi...hope this time he finds her soulmate and get some peace ..only just if he had guts to file e divorce !!!!

Yes, why did they keep Radha after Gopi left MB. Kokila told Gopi that she will help Madhu in every possible way but there will be no place for Radha in the house if she marries Umang. Then why did she call Umang & Tripti with Radha to her place? If she had not done that, things would have been different but yes, Umang would have killed her or there would have been a fight between Umang & Radha if she knows that Tripti is Umang's wife.

Radha had created such a scene that she made the Modis to create a situation like that but that does not cover her mistakes. She tried to break her own sister's house. So it was Radha who tried to take ahem from gopi. But Rashi with the kids gave gopi what is hers. They gave Gopi her right.

In Anita's case, I don't bring the circumstances in between. The Modis are in Rajkot not in Haryana where the children cannot marry a person according to their choice. I am telling over & over again that he did not love Anita.😳 It was just a passing phase or flirtation and he thought it was love. But actually it is not love. If he loved her, he would have made sure that everyone in MB knows about his relationship with her. Furthermore, he would have brought the proposal to Anita's parents or even her brother Umang. Somebody in MB should give Ahem one tight slap.😡

And yes, he is free to find another soul-mate for himself. But once a creep is always a creep.😡

Everything is totally messed up. Because from Saturday's episode Ahem burst out and in other words, whatever he had in his mind for th least 18-20 yrs it came ou, which clearly showed he did not love Gopi.. He said that he married Gopi because his wanted, agreed, but then why did he come fess he loves her and cannot live with out her...😡

Ahem is a typical bharatiya mard. The love he has for his wife is conditional upon his mother accepting her, his wife satisfying his needs and being very docile, his wife serving his family no matter what, and bringing up his kids. This sort of love is not giving or lasting. He loves his wife as long as she satisfies her purpose or otherwise he reserves the right ot throw her out when he so wishes or ask for her back without an apology.

I hate to make a stereotype but this is very true in Indian society. The men who love thier wives unconditionally and are true soulmates are very few and far-between. That is why the women in my family have always taught me to respect a man who truly loves you because they are real treasures and very hard to find in Indian society.

This serial is made for women who can actually connect with Gopi and for whom true love is just a fantasy which never has nor do they think will ever come true.

Agree with you Khushi & Anusuya. In India, most of the men are like that. However, I say that in the whole world, there are very few people who will truly love you and if you find one, you are lucky to get that treasure.

In Western countries, there is no such concept like arranged marriages. There are only love marriages. In India, if you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, the society will think something is wrong with you. In western countries if you don't have a boyfriend/girlfriend, that society will think something is wrong with you. Furthermore, in western countries, the couple will live together if they are compatible with each other & the divorces are very fast.

In India it will take years to get the divorce unless you prove that you or your partner don't have a sound mind.

The other difference is that in India, if you marry, you are not only married to your spouse but also to the entire family. In western countries, it is not like that.

So as per the Indian society, Gopi has not only married Ahem but also to his entire family. As for their love, it is not the only thing. It has to be accompanied with mutual understanding, respect, support & trust. If these things are not there, love will go in for a toss.

The couple lacked understanding which caused a lot of problems.
