A love story missing heart

Finally I have watched this weeks episodes. I have read other post complaining about Maya.
Personally although her entry in the story was just out of the blue and still dose not make proper sense to me.
I understood her her purpose. Her guilt to a point yes. What is hard to swallow is Rudra's love sick attitude. Based on what we have seen, He met her , almost choked her to death, was always trying to avoid her up until the point Mai Miu died. Basically he was forever chasing her away and she was like a pesky fly always buzzing around.
They did not even develop a proper friendship. Yet all of a sudden with an asthma attack he forgot his animosity toward her.
After Mai mui's death he came with her only for the purpose for revenge. Again he distrusted her motive.
he found out the truth realized she was innocent, and Suddenly he is in love with her.!?
Ok maybe he sees in her a reflection of himself, no parents, helpless surrounded by wolves.
Even I was feeling sorry for her.
Sure love can happen in an instant , and from what we are seeing from Rudra , even after all that he has been through , unlike his father , he has a soft heart, he wants people to love, yet he is afraid of loosing them.
The way he hugged Tapadiaya Maai after hearing her story, the way he helped that blind old lady today. He dose care about others. Frankyly the scene between him and Tapadiya Mai when she told of her son and he hugged her, was far more emotional than anything I saw between Rudra and Maya.
I feel the CV's should have devloped their friendship more...slowly build on that trust that would lead to love. One day he suspects her , next day he is in love with her? There is a difference of feeling sorry for some one and thier situation , and being in love. Wanting to help them get out of it.
I know this show dose move at a fast pace, but this is just a bit too fast for me. I have nothing against them as a pair...I just feel it's to fast to be realistic.

all thing is goes well .i can understand but one thing i definerally not understand why rudra behaving like lovesick he has softheart but he is not like this he is a tough man
baki sub thik hai maya rudra se pyar hua n rudra ko maya se itni jaldi because its a limted epi serial so that like hindi movie hero fall in love with heroine in 2hours so i can understand but hamare hero devdas nahi ban jate
so its high time change rudra attitude now bht ho gaya

well written post 👏you just said what i want to say, their friendship was also shown just few days old. and also happens only because of maimui ,😒 then he doubt her intention, later he find out her being inncoent and suddenly falls in love with her and became like majnu as if their relationship is from several years.😲 after their MU clear they should have just focuss on their friendhip bond it would be realistic and easy to undertsand right now their relationship is the only unrealistic and forcefully thing i find in this show

On the other hand, the writer needs somebody called Maya in Rudr's life. Else there would have been no reason for Rudr to stomp out of Daddy's library, and they would have been half-way to the moon... errr...I mean Amrit, by now...😆

Here the name is the reason for the character's place in the story, imho.

I agree with you that Rudra needs a Maya... my problem is not with Maya...my problem is with the bullet speed this undying love came up.
LOL Maya could have been names Lisa, but she would still be the illusion (Maya) that his dad talked about.
MAYBE and i will take this as a stretch...he is so in LOVE with her because she was the "last wish" of his beloved Maai Mui. She was the girl MAAi MUI approved of...so in his head , if she is good enough for his Mau mui she is good enough for him... THAT is not love, that is settling and obeying your parents.

Or maybe just as Happy ji said,Maya th only reason to slow down the search fr Amrit, as th show was at a breakneck speed,so some diversion was needed to slow down the pace,else ths love sick puppy attitude make no sense at all

Thank you for your response. I agree things need to move fast as it is limited episode series. Even in moveis... there is a build up between the couple to show them falling in love...even if it is love a first sight, ek gana to banta hain..to let us understand kya horaha hain 😉😉
In this serial isa kuch bhi nahi thi... all it would have took was one episode, before Maai mui's death to show that he accepted her as a friend.
She was the one who kept saying they were friends, and he always had a look of utter disbelief on his face...He never willing went to her, unless forced to by his beloved Maai Mui who he would never refuse. Sure he beat up a few goons for her, because he they were teasing her, but Thursday he slapped a blind ladies sons for taking putting her out... so that made Maya nothing special in my book.
All the "flashback's he is having of her...at the moment they were happening...he was sitting there wondering "kya musibat hain yeh ladki?" So right now they evoke no kind of feelings in the audience other than laughter at the ridiculousness! "

Thank you for your response. I agree with you... it is the only drag in the story.. but I guess we will have to accept it and see where it goes.
She will be the reason for his dilemma it seems , although up until now Rudra had always been in one dilemma or another emotionally!
