Happy I feel that there's more to Mummy ji mystery than the woman who got away! She seemed to be hiding, still kind of afraid, and yes holding on to the photos of her pati and putra

Means that while Dadi may have been angry with with her beta, mrs shivanand was happily married. Her son and husband on the other hand seem to be fine with missing mummy. Pati is too much married to amrit and beta is in maya jaal to think of her.

Btw, if you are looking for missing persons, such ashrams would be the first place to check wouldn't they?

So how come nanu and balivesh do not look for Maya at the ashrams in and around the Mahakumbh site?

I agree with you, this is one ugly reality of our society where some people abandon their old parents just because they look at them as a liability, the ironic part being that she had named her son Shravan so lovingly.

And Rudra being Rudra, will not allow such injustice to pass by, and I am sure Dadi will be proud of her pota for being a brahma Nishthavaan.

But I felt that in the story, it seemed to be a force fit! Just to make Rudra go back to the ashram and bring him face to face with Maya.

Arshiji, I have another LM (logic maiyya) problem.

Rao says satellite pictures showed Saraswati flowed through Haryana, Gujarat, Rann of Kutch.,. Ye sab Ilaahabad se kaafi door hain, toh triveni kaise milegi?😲

He was actually saying the right thing. There are many versions of the course of this Vedic river. Its believed to be underground in Allahabad.

I will have to read up on the course of Saraswati, not really aware of that, but Sangam was in Allahabad.

But since last nightanother question has been bothering me

Prof Rao's comments of searching for Amrit

Till now I had thought that the Amrit on its own will appear, and the evil forces will gather to grab it.

That's why all the rakshaks have to re battle ready to protect the amrit and return it to its rightful place

buried deep under ground or whatever.

After last night it appears that Shiva and Rao are planning to do their own Samudra Manthan and find the Amrit

even though they are fully cognizant of the danger and loss of lives it will cause

That makes them both very naive and irresponsible in my eyes.

Till his end Einstein felt guilty of giving his go ahead for the bomb,

gullible enough to believe that it will never be used

Even if these two feel that they can find amrit and use it for "good of people" or purely for scientific research

they are being foolish and folly is more dangerous and fatal than evil, for evil still plays by rules, stupidity doesnt.

Then Rudra and Dadi are right all along, amrit ki ek boond bachi hai, usko sambhal ke rakho

To prepare for war to protect is noble, to knowingly create a situation that will cause war - a sin.

Yes, the triveni sangam is in Allahabad. Confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical/invisible Saraswati. From what I remember Saraswati originated in the Himalayas and flowing through many places would go through Rajasthan and end up in the Arabian Sea at Rann of Kutch. But at some point due to tectonic shifts it dried up. But people believe that it exists and is invisible, and that it meets Ganga and Yamuna at the triveni sangam.

Prof and Shiva's conversation was a bit confusing. What I feel is Prof wants to locate the invisible Saraswati river so that he can get the Amrit before it's natural appearance at the triveni sangam. Shiva looks skeptical and more keen on gathering his Garuds, but somehow Prof looks greedy here. What is Prof up to?.

@Arshics yes it was a maa episode. Maya was fine to me. She is not emotionally involved in the work she is doing but goes about doing it as she thinks it is one way of doing penance to what she has done.

But unfortunately no, for any penance to have effect you need to be emotionally involved in the service, a detached seva does not bear the fruits you deserve. It is more like binded to result than to action.

But I liked Rudra's mom. Even with simple dress and tiredness I still found a subtle power in those eyes. It was not the authoritarian kind of power dadi has, but more of a gentle yet a woman who very well knows what she wants kind of. There is love in those eyes and unlike dadi's double edged smile, her smile was very warm and genuine.

Modern day Shravan kumar. Nothing new. Everyday see in newspaper sons and daughters leaving their parents in temple premises. It is the sad reality of these times.

happy as per myth this is the real route of sarawsti but due some change sawarswati diverted her path n came allahabad side like cannal but now saraswati is invisivle
